Manicure does not include cuticle removal and care. So in itself it's just covering with color, which doesn't really look professional and also doesn't last very long.Still, it's okay if you need a quick solution for everyday life. I'm used to other techniques, so I'm more likely not to repeat. The staff is friendly. They pay attention to hygiene and disinfection, which is a plus, because in some studios it is different.

Edit: 6 of these nails have broken off so far. Terrible quality too.Got a new set of acrylics put on. Asked for pointed, ombré purple and black nails. The technicians didn’t know what ombré was.. And no purple nail polish. So I settled for black with red sparkles and when she finished they were almond shaped.. not pointed at all. The owner seems like a nice guy but the nail techs are not good. The website also said $40 for a new set.. I could understand 5-10 extra for the length, but my bill came to $75???

This family run business has provided me incredible service for over 20 years. All staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are 100% satisfied. The salon is so clean and top grade products are used. I'm always thrilled with the results. It's definitely the #1 nail salon in the region. Thanks All My Nails!

Terrible experience. He didn’t know how to clean my cuticles or to apply nail polish after, it looks like a little kid did my nails. And when I expressed that I was unhappy with my nails, another worker, Lilly, came out of the blue and started yelling at me that I was complaining.Incredibly rude and terrible shellac manicure job. Never going back there again.I’ve posted pictures of my nails just after they were done, look at how dry the cuticles are, how much of the cuticles they missed and how the polish is poorly applied around the cuticles.

Edit to add my thoughts on the salon's reply:100% acetone is available for purchase at beauty supply stores, and is what is used to dissolve EMA type acrylics. This is what I used to remove my acrylics. MMA type acrylic can't be fully dissolved by acetone and require a nail drill to remove -- this is what I think was put on my nails. MMA acrylics are not approved for use in Canada.******************************I went in May 2022 for UW gel with acrylic tips. This was my first time at the salon. I really enjoyed the finished product, and the service itself was great. The nails lasted INCREDIBLY well with no lifting or peeling, and had a great shape. They lasted through a lot of gardening work as well. The problem was my discovery with the removal. When you are removing acrylic nails at home, you should be able to soak the nails in 100% acetone and be able to dissolve the acrylic and gel for removal. The problem is that the nails did not dissolve readily in the acetone, and when they did start to dissolve, the product became gummy and sticky and was very difficult to remove. After soaking and scraping periodically for hours, I got to a point where I was no longer able to remove any more acrylic without ripping / tearing them off of my natural nails. On the nails where I was able to remove the acrylic, they are now very soft / thin as if layers of nail have been removed. This tells me that the acrylics used were not EMAs, which are the approved type of acrylic for use in salons in Canada.

Although I enjoyed my nails quite a lot! I was extremely disappointed at the man behind the counter answering calls.I found him to be inappropriate and loud and invasive of others personal business.

Nails looked great and all was good, but I did go with expectation that their student discount would be applied as well as after confirming they overcharged from what their website states even with tax being added to the stated price. I do like the work they do and the people there but I did not like the lack of communication regarding price. Unsure if website was not updated but I had a clear visual of what I would be paying and that was not fulfilled
