Garbage company, their heatpump will break pre-maturely and they will not let you buy the parts directly from them. They only sell parts to dealers. You have to hire a third party person and pay for their ridiculous labor costs in order to repair this garbage.

Refused to come out to out to look at our AC unit as we do not have a private parking space for their van, even though we assured them there is street parking available. The company operates with a bias against renters, low-income households, city residents, and anyone without the income and privilege of owning a private parking space. Will be bringing this up to our borough councillor regarding equal access to services regardless of income, home ownership, neighbourhood, and specific personal assets.

j'ai acheter 3 thermopompes il y a 2 mois(en septembre 2019), supposé qu'il chauffe jusqu’à -25, woww s't'une vrai joke sa, dès qu'il fait moins de -10 elle perd toute efficacité même si je les met au max avec turbo sa ne change rien ma maison perd des degrés et au matin on ce lève avec un frisquet 12 degré a l'intérieur, non ce n'est pas un bon produit et je le déconseille!!!

Don't buy this junk!In a few days, months or years it will break (because it wasn't made to last) and if you think you have '10 year warrany' - think twice!The warranty is PARTS ONLY! So, you'll have to hire a tech to diagnose it (~$200) then they'll send you a replacement part (AT YOUR EXPENSE!) and then you have to hire a tech again, and he'll evacuate the refrigerant, do the repairs, vacuum purge the unit and recharge it (with all 'bells and whistles' that will cost you AT LEAST another $600 - $800). So, you'll get a $50 or $100 part 'for free', and you'll have to pay out of your pocket over $1000 - half of the price of the unit or more, and there'n no promise that something won't break again in a week and you'll have to pay all over!So, better burn your money - at least you won't feel bad about a lousy heat pump manufacturer laughing all the way to the bank with your money.Also, I found that their website is quite interesting in terms of posting reviews. All the reviews there a boasting about 'quality', 'out of this world warranty' and 'overwhelming number of 'happy customers'. There's one problem - YOU can't post your review there! So, I wouldn't be surprised if these reviews are fake or 'carefully selected' to fool people.

Aucun service, mural neuve de deux mois, et Goodman ne veux rien faire. Aucun suivie, aucun professionnalisme. Une vraie honte.

Tres decu de Googdman mon numero de serie effacer sur mon unité interieur et exterieur pas capable de rien trouver aucun aide service client un gros 0.
