The staff at the location is absolutely phenomenal!. went in to purchase 1 shirt on Saturday November 19th 2022 and walked out with quite a few items.No stress shopping at its finest. I bought a gift certificate for a friend of mine as well as given referrals to quite a few more. I cannot say enough about the staff. #lovethem #phenomenal

This is a review is for the company's online customer's support and not the location. The staff in the locations are usually very helpful. I am a huge fan of this company, their clothing is really comfortable and fits sooo good. However, their online support is one of the worse i every experienced. You cannot cancel an order here even if its minutes after making the order. They emailed me a code for free shipping, i entered it successfully and pay but they still deducted my shipping fee.I contacted the online support and they refused to cancel my order or refund me. I spend hundreds on most orders i make here but still they couldn't honor their code. On principle i refuse to be associated with a company that treats there customers like this, i will not buying from RW&CO anymore.

He was so patient, helpful and kind throughout the entire process of first figuring out what size I would be, to what styles and colours of suit combinations would work best. Alex C. went above and beyond helping me out and it made my shopping experience and purchases that much better because he was willing to answer all my questions and give really helpful advice. Unbelievable customer service treat you like there very own family, very helpful right to the end of your purchase, making sure you are very comfortable and satisfied with your selection. And the staff are very knowledgeable on how the clothing is worn and fits etc, will be telling all to go here for sure. Thanks again for taking such good care of my husband and I.

The manager in this location is a terrible person. I have been to the store a couple of times and she is just awful and brings in a lot of negative energy. On my recent visit, there were 5 people in line for billing but she chose to make them wait and was busy gossiping on phone with a friend. 10 mins later, she hung up and said “we are short staffed, sorry for the wait.” She was literally chatting on phone. Not a pleasant experience.

Wonderful experience at this location. The staff was amazing and very attentive. We went in to buy a 3 piece suit and were served beyond expectation. We need to give a shout out to TJ expecially. He helped us out a lot and we left feeling very satisfied.
