They ask for a lot of personal details birth country where do you work the national bank only asks for 2 pieces of ID ONLY i don’t know why all those questions were necessary where you got it from? why are you exchanging? What the hell was all that for my driver license even has my address that was so uncomfortable the employee was polite did her job properly but the institution is uncomfortable to deal with

I called ahead to ask rates, they were super friendly over the phone. I visited them at this location inside the Mall on Wonderland. The teller there was super professional told me all rates to convert to Pesos and got a good deal on USD as well, much better rates from the bank, and great customer service. Will be visiting there again for sure!Thanks London Currency Exchange!
