They don’t care. Absolutely terrible. They are always impossible to reach, take long to book appointments with you. They never seem to actually care about your health. Gives you the wrong prescriptions and not even on time when you need them, especially when they are necessary medications that let you function. They will always send your call to voicemail. I wouldn’t recommend going here nor making them your child’s doctor. You will run in to multiple bad experiences if you do so.

Want to make an appointment? Good luck! No one answers the phone during office hours. Tried calling 5 times and I've been disconnected after about 20 mins on hold, despite the automated message telling me I'm first in the queue.

Love having Cassandra as my primary care provider! She takes the time to understand my concerns and walks me through every step of the way. I never feel rushed and she answers all my questions. When I call she's always there. I've never had an issue with getting an appointment with her and so happy she joined the office as a consistent face. She really is superwoman and does everything. I think she's exceptional and would highly recommend her if you're looking for an attentive, knowledgeable provider who cares.

My family and I are blessed to have a doctor who listens to concerns fully and is quick to refer as necessary. Wait times can be inconvenient but I've learned that the doctors who have longer waits are ones who take their time with patients. I could never stay with a doctor who rushes through appointments. It's a tradeoff that I expect.

When I first started seeing Dr Surma years ago (when she was at the Medical Centre on Lakeshore West) , I was very happy with her, however became disappointed over the last recent years. The final straw was when I took time off work (lost wages) to go in for a physical first thing in the morning and she was almost an hour late coming in to the office (I was her 1st appt). Her receptionist shared with me that her lateness is apparently a regular occurrence. I was infuriated and walked out. Never got an apology or a call back. That was when I decided it was time for me to find a new doctor and so glad I did.

The WORST service, WORST professionalism, WORST care I've ever received from a doctors staff. I am appalled by Dr. Surma's receptionist to say the least. I have left SEVERAL voicemails, and not one has been returned. I have expressed my physical pain, and need for refills of prescriptions, I have requested an appointment - in which I waited 2 months to get (via phone), and Dr. Surma called me an hour AFTER our appointment. I called back approximately 20 minutes later as I was in a work meeting, and her receptionist was extremely rude and inconsiderate of the fact that I didn't answer Dr. Surma's LATE call. She refused to call me back that day, and wanted me to wait another 4 weeks for another appointment! This is the worst service I have ever received from a doctor and their staff. I simple would like my file and I will be on my way to a doctor that can help me, or at minimum respond to my calls!

I always love the way Dr. Surma and Nurse practitioner Cassandra treat us.. never feel rushed. They always take time to listen my concerns.. I have had many appointments with Cassandra, I always feel so comfortable.Glad to have them both .My only concern is,I wish the office answer my calls more frequently so that we can take appointments. It's very hard sometimes to get the appointments .

I am getting very frustrated with Dr Surma and staff. I have been a patient for 10 years and it is taking too long to get anything as well as an appointment. I got blood work done with a lot of issues. I tried to get an appointment to discuss the blood work for over a month. Couldn’t get an appointment so went to an after hours clinic where she was working and waited 4 hours for her to tell me she needed to see me in the office. Now I have been calling every Monday for a month to get a referral to a sleep clinic that I’ve already been too. Called again, for the 4th Monday in a row. They told me that it’s usually 6 weeks to send in a referral. Not wait for the appointment for a referral but actually send it in. Is this normal. I now have to wait another month just to speak to my dr about this. This can’t be normal. Dr Surma is a good doctor but is this really how she wants her clinic to be run?

We appreciate the reviews and the frustrations, please keep in mind that we are in transition- new practice location and taking on Dr. Graham's patients.We had some issues with the new phone system but that issue has been resolved.We are working on implementing online booking to help streamline making an appointment.We DO care, and we are doing our best to address the issues as they come up! We would appreciate some patience :)

The worst customer service ever. My mom has been sick for a week and no one has called her back. She has left numerous voice-mail messages for the past week and no answer or a call back.
