Purchased a used qx60 from them a few months ago, absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. The sales woman that I dealt with was the only thing good about this place. When i purchased the car I was asked if there was anything I would like fixed before I pick up the car. I mentioned 3 things to them and they said they would take care of it. I was told the car was ready so I picked it up. None of the three things were fixed. I had to bring the car back to them three times and still one of the things was not fixed. I also found several items from the previous owner in the car, a full check book, a receipt from an atm and a receipt for a bank draft for a rather larger sum of money, clearly they did not check the car before I picked it up. The was one last thing. I had not had the car for even 30 days, not even made a payment on it yet and the battery died in my driveway, I came home to get something and got back into the car and it would not start. I had no time and no way to get to the dealership that day to replace he battery. So i purchased one and replaced it myself. After telling the salesperson this they said they would compensate me for the battery. After I sent them the receipt they changed their minds and said that because I did not go to them they would not be able to compensate me. After explained to them that I had no way of getting to them or getting the car to them ( almost an hour drive from me) they did not care. Not sure if this is normal but customer service here is non existent.

I enjoyed working with Julia. She was welcoming, patient and really made an effort to give me a luxury experience, as I was purchasing a luxury vehicle. Julia responded to my text and email in a timely manner and assured me when I needed to be.I enjoyed working with her and would come back to Infiniti just for her.

I have been a client of Markham Infiniti since 2018, I took 3 Qx60 from them during the years, recently I wanted to change for something new but tried other brands and dealership : they have an unmatched service, they know how to help the costumer and they have what the costumer want!I deal with Janet she is amazing, i emailed her looking for a vehicle because I wasn’t satisfied with an Audi dealer and I walked out with a 2023 QX60, because of her engagement with the client, how she conducted the deal and made the process smooth. We were very pleased with Julia on our QX60 purchase. We were able to complete our purchase and trade remotely, which worked great for us as we live 2 hours from the dealership.
