My friend and I were shopping for some items and as we check out with two different cashiers they both left the tags that beep at the door on our items. Maybe train your employees next time. So as we go to leave, the door beeps and everyone is staring and we are confused. The cashier comes up to us with accusing eyes and she says i have to check your bags" in a rude manner. It was all unprofessional and embarrassing to us as long time customers. In the end

Awesome for decent priced clothing, we even get consumables there like flavored syrups for cocktails, candy and even salt. The kids section is pretty great too! Great prices and tons of different products; service is good too!

On thursday I tried four clothes and took one and gave back three. When i gave back the three clothes to the employee in the fitting room area, she said ,next time I should hang on all the clothes to the hangers,or she couldn't count them. It looks like she is the boss and I am the employee. As a customer, I can choose to hang on or not hang on the clothes. But with her manner, I feel uncomfortable. In my past life, I never met this problem. I don't know if it is right or not? Can the manager or somebody else tell me if i think the right way or not?

I am writing about Marshall’s on Appleby in Burlington…great store , staff extremely friendly and helpful..store well organized and I always find what I am looking for.I would like to give a shoutout to Gertrude who greets at the change room area..very friendly and inviting!!Excellent Team!!!

Store inventory well organized and displayed well. Correct amount of staff on the floor to help you with answers. Inventory is current design and not outdated. Marshall's has been noticeably improving there image and it shows in this location. Recommend

I had a very bad experience on July 8,2022 with Marshall's employees . I was checking out as well as my friend at two different cash registers . They both forgot to remove the scanners from our items that beep at the door. So it starts to beep when we leave and one employee comes and rudely says she wants to check our bags. She made it seem like we were stealing. When they figured out it was their cashier's mistake they just said we were good to go and hardly apologized sincerely . It was an embarrassing situation to be put through and it was not handled well by the employees . Terrible customer service . Will not be going back .
