The guys were very friendly and quick to help, I only have one issue. I didn't realize the locks I bought come with a quick re key option that I didn't see until I brought them home. I wish they would have said something instead of charging me $50 to re key them. Anyway, I should have read the box better. They were quick to get the work done and pleasant to deal with.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE. I called Locksmith Vernon first as they promised incredible service on their website which turned out not to be the case. Decided to call Vernon lock & Security instead and received service that I am more than willing to tell others about. Helped me diligently and offered every solution available. Great crew, great service and great rates. Don't waste your money anywhere else. These guys are the first and last stop.

One of my Buick remote keys quit. Upon examination they explained I didn’t need a new control just a new cover! $22.00I walked out having been prepared to pay over a $100. Nice to shop where they take care of their customers.

I've been trying to get an extra key fob for an apartment and the staff I was dealing with over the phone were super helpful in directing me through the right channels and within the hour, the property manager was delivering me the fob. Thanks to Wendy and Ken for their help,. Will definitely refer and use them in the future.
