I’ve never had a problem parking here until the other day- the machine wasn’t working when I went to pay for my parking and they had to send a woman down to fix it. This woman was unbelievably rude right off the bat and blamed it on my card which I kindly explained to her I had just used the previous night with no issues. It’s obvious she was annoyed about having to come down and I asked her to have some understanding and be kind as I was coming from a therapy appointment. She rolled her eyes at me and said she was “being nice by letting me leave” after she could not fix the issue. I will not be parking here anymore, maybe some customer service training is due at this parking garage.
