just one minor note. After the check up. I found the engine top cover hasn't been installed, just put on the top of block head cover. Fixed that myself. Everything else was fantastic.

My car battery died and when I called a couple other places i was laughed at and told two weeks wait time. Avalon, however, didn't even ask questions; I was encouraged to get the car in and they'd try looking at it in a couple days. Within 4 hours they had diagnosed and replaced the battery, and I had my vehicle back within the same day. The price was fair, and I could pay and pick up after hours. I'm very happy with their professionalism and helping me feel like a priority, despite how busy they are!

Customer service was on the bottom end of average. Didn't explain things very well to me. Gave me an over priced quote($900) for an issue I was having which I ended up finding cheaper quotes (at minimum $200 cheaper) at multiple shops that I called afterwards, for the same work and the same part quoted.But, my car worked when I got it back and the price for the oil and tire change done that day was alright. Wouldn't recommend based on this experience.

Have been going to Avalon Auto since 1994. Would not go anywhere else and refer all my family and friends there. They are extremely trustworthy and will not try to sell you services or parts that you don't need.
