Excellent customer service and very professional recycling service thank you for all the hard work you guys do.

This association is really good and helpful for the people who want their electronics recycling secure without letting their data to go in wrong hands.

We had a high end printer picked up to be reused (donated) or recycled. We weren’t able to fix it ourselves but were very pleased to think it might have a new life with another family or organization. Having it picked up was huge. So much better than having it go straight to a recycler. Highly recommended!

I'm all for recycling but when your calling me at 730 in the morning in Alberta and your in Saskatoon and yet your offices don't even open till 9 really goes to show that you clearly do not respect who's on the other side of line...When we asked why they were calling they did not tell us why... no name when requested....simply hang up on us right?!?!. Only hollow apologies about the call is the only response?Seems like you call and disrupt others aswell from the other reviews listed here which is very disappointing to see... 730 AM really?!?!You state we should call the company to simply let you know not to call us but the phone number that's calls and that's provided on your website does not work.Simply goes blank...no way of calling you back to clear up this issue other than to bait you people and say hey we have something for you in the chat bot then magic happens and you are able to call us right away!! Then once again play dumb. Well I have asked for a manager to call me...will update if they do decide it's worth there time to understand this is not how you conduct yourself Charity or not!

Stop calling me / my office. For the last year your sales people have been told to remove us from your contacts.
