The flyer has Huggies diapers on sale for 22.99 N-7, 36-108 and so I tried to buy diapers size 6, 104, and they rang up as $40, I asked to have them price match to their flyers in which the lady from the baby aisle argued with me that the box I had wasn’t included because it was “too big of a size” when other sizes were all 22.99 and the one I had was still between the 36-108. I asked to speak to a manager because I thought it was silly they wouldn’t price match their own flyer and my husbands had them price match before when their shelf tags weren’t correct to the flyer. I tried to explain this to Shannon the assistant store manager when she cut me off, gave me a look and told me to let her read the flyer so I stopped talking. Shannon was being rude, she talked over me, cut me off and raised her voice a little bit at me. The lady that was with her (didn’t catch her name) but was a little shorter, dark skin with black short hair kept giving me looks, shaking her head and saying how ridiculous it was that I wanted them to price match their own flyer. When I tried to explain again that it wasn’t an issue a while back when my husband had them price match their own flyer the lady beside Shannon said “so she’s done this before” and said “we’re going to price match this for her to what, to come back and do it again?” I’ve never personally had superstore price match or price correct before, my husband has however, I have not and this was my first time doing so. I told them they were being rude and asked if there was someone else I could talk to and Shannon told me no there was no one else as she was the manager and the only one I could talk to. While Shannon stood there with the other lady, agreed how ridiculous it was but that she could see my side to it and eventually price matched the box for me. Shannon then proceeded to tell me I didn’t need to convince her to price match and I told her I wasn’t and that I was only trying to explain that I don’t know what the problem was when my husband had no issues getting the price corrected when the shelf price was wrong a while back. I wasn’t going to come back for numerous boxes, I just wanted the one box and they both were shockingly rude towards me about it. All this happened while I had my toddler in my arms, this was absolutely degrading and embarrassing to be treated like this.

Decent produce, great meat quality and selection, and somewhat reasonable prices. Get their points card and use the app to maximize credit back.

Spruce Grove superstore. Prices are good, we go here for the produce and the meat. It's always busy and it seems like there is never enough room to navigate around the store

I'm always happy to shop there and find the premade dinner options fresh from the deli department.So good and makes my life so much easier after a long day.

I don’t mind shopping around the store. Prices are comparable to Walmart. However, their online shopping is not very user friendly- in my opinion. Also, I have been very dissatisfied with their produce. I do like shopping in their meat department. I find the meat good quality for great prices. For some reason, going to the front of the store by the checkout counters gives me ANXIETY. I don’t mind loading my own groceries. It’s not that. It just kind of bottle necks, maybe? Everyone crammed together. I’ll have to figure out a time to go when it’s not so busy.

One of the friendliest Superstores I've been too, same goes for St. Albert. Keep it up guys. Love both stores. The city stores staff can be nicer!!

If you have a bigger family, this is a great place to shop. They have everything you need and collecting optimum rewards is definitely the way to go for free groceries! The pharmacy isn't the best but everything else is great.

Great staff, best quality of produce in Spruce Grove. I have lived Spruce Grove for over 25 years, it’s a gem.

The store is decent and usually has what I need. The pharmacy was a disappointing experience. I took my prescription with 2 items on it and had it tossed back at me with the comment No compounds today" no offer or option of a later date. She just turned her back and walked away."
