While the service it good, I cannot get these guys of my back. I did canceled their service multiple time and they keep trying to charge me. They keep me on the phone, they hang up etc.Their web hosting service is top notch, but their administration and their billing service is flat out fraudulent.

Our Church had a huge problem with a reseller that went out of business, leaving our website orphan.They helped us go back online, quickly, professionally at a very reasonable cost. It was tremendously helping.So, they are awesome, just awesome, and their technical support is A++++.I cannot recommend them enough!

Their customer service is fantastic. I've called twice. The first to learn more about the ftp client and the second to learn more about creating new email accounts + upgrading my hosting plan. The interaction was lovely, super helpful, and they are really there to find you the best solution for your needs. Yacine was my technical support and truly, A+. I'll be calling again!

worst service ever , Funio has deleted all my old message on the mailbox created on their platform before November 24th 2021 including government email, clients contracts, and more. I'm very upset and angry about their service and im gonna make a complain about it

Funio is the most basic and inexperience company. I called because I wanted to redirect one website to another. The customer service agent did not speak proper English and did not understand what I was trying to say. He told me to switch one setting and in 24 hours, the redirect option would be available. After 24 hours, nothing changed. I called again and the same customer service agent answers and told me I have to pay for a higher plan now.I hand up the phone and just googled how to do it and I did not need a higher paid plan, it was a simple option and I got it to work.Horrible customer service
