So their products are good and work well but I recently found out they are quite pricey for what you get. I didnt have to look hard to find a better deal, they were in my local pharmacy. Saje's web site is often sold out from my experience this is why I went looking. I put in a request to me notified when they are back in stock and going on 4 months and no news. They can do better, and i think we can too with other manufacturers/suppliers of these products. I had a very underwhelming experience.

Located in Mayfair easy to locate :)I love their aromas. I love their body butter the best. Refreshing, calming, and destressing smell.Customer service was fine.

Was in today & chatted with Dustin! Amazing service, so wonderfully chatty but not too much that I couldn’t shop around. Had great suggestions and obviously thorough product knowledge! The products are always great but the service today was the cherry on top!

This isn't specific to the Victoria location, so no shot at them. This is about a recent ecommerce experience with the Saje website and interactions with their customer service department.Made an order back on Black Friday, had the wrong items shipped. Took 4 attempts to get in contact with someone. After I got in touch with someone, they told me they wouldn't refund the order (even though it was wrong) until I shipped the items back. Fair, I suppose, except I've been waiting for 2 weeks now for the return shipping label that's required to send the item back, which they said I would receive within a week. That was two weeks ago.Eventually they had the audacity to tell me that they would make an exception" by issuing me the refund before sending me the shipping label. It has been a week

So friendly and helpful :) They made it easy to trade in my broken diffuser for a brand new one! Thanks folks!

I’ve shopped at this store for several years, time and time again the service is top notch. The staff is extremely informative and display very good product knowledge. Most recently I visited the store for the reason that my diffuser is having issues, I had the pleasure of being serviced by Tayla and Mia. These girls went above and beyond to help me with my situation. They made it as seamless as ever, they we’re transparently happy to support me. I appreciate their efforts and wanted to recognize them both. They are the type of employees that retail environments are dying to have. Saje is lucky to have such high caliber girls representing them.

The staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I bought something that I didn't like once I put it in the diffuser. It was so easy to return it and get something I liked. My daughter also got a massage ring that feels amazing.

Helpful staff. They are happy to leave you alone to browse if that's what you need. They know the products well and can make recommendations based on the situation you are purchasing for. Thanks so much, love this store and the products.
