The lady at the store is so rude. I go in and try to ask where the package should go as its big and heavy. She sees us and completely ignores and starts taking to the lady inside. After trying couple of time the lady she was talking to told her that we are trying to reach her. Our package was big and heavy so me and husband bring it out from the car. Any person could see that it was heavy and we won't be able to open the door. She literally stood by the door and didn't even hold it. My husband had to struggle opening the door while balancing the heavy package from one end. I mean how rude can you be. I hope the package ships without any damage because i wouldn't hold mg breath over that.

I would post 0 if I could. I actively seek companies that don't use UPS here. Every delivery I have had from UPS in the past two years I Hinton has been a horrible experience. By far the worst delivery service I have had the misfortune of using.Again, another two years later of actively avoiding UPS I'm stuck waiting for a package with hands down the worst customer service out ff all the couriers I've dealt with. Still a giant 0 to deal with.

The Driver who works here is ignorant. They are inflexible, send packages back and then hold them without any consequence. If you can avoid UPS, I suggest doing so.

I'm happy and grateful that the mistake was corrected and delivered at correct address. Apologies for lashing out in heat of the moment. I know everyone is trying hard and best

I showed up here completely unprepared and had no idea what to do and the lady there was super friendly and helpful. Definitely went above and beyond what she needed to do to help me and I'm very grateful

UPS, it’s supposed to mean United Postal Service. They claim to put the customer first. Nope. They’ve been unable to deliver several of my package and when I call, they just can’t figure it out. Their right hand doesn’t even know what it’s doing, much less what the left hand is doing. Service? Forget it! I tried to pay my fees online, but the website was broken, so I called in to pay over the phone. They charged me extra because I was calling in… because their website was broken. I tried to bring these issues up, and got a thorough run around. Never going to use UPS if I can help it.Definitely not the United Postal Service. More like Undelivered Package Scum. My apologies to anyone who works for UPS, it's a broken company.

I had one of the worst experience at this UPS location. Staff doesn't have answers and the lady representative is hell rude.Would rather prefer Purolator on Smith Ave. Below zero stars....

Where do I start? The delivery guy himself with black dog express, was an awesome person in my opinion although his hands were tied in this situation. 5 stars to him.I have had three shipments come to me from customers in the USA this last week, products I sold them, sending them to me to freshen up for the new race season. Both the customer while sending and myself over email and phone instructed UPS to use my broker, Dilas International, as UPS broker fees are through the roof (highway robbery). They wanted to collect $179.98 for one package (on top of the paid shipping fee), $126 and change for the other two. These are Canadian goods returning to Canada, and therefore there is no GST on them.UPS will charge three to five times what my broker charges, and my broker actually files paperwork properly. My broker charges just over $20.00 plus whatever taxes are needed and actually appropriate for the nature of shipment.UPS tried charging me $100+ on one shipment and $60 on the other ones for brokerage fees alone. This is not including a GST bill because they didn't listen or file the paperwork properly. After UPS handed the brokerage over to my broker, and my broker filed and was paid and shipments cleared customs, UPS continued to demand I pay UPS their brokerage fee, at the start of the shipment we made it clear I was not using UPS as my broker. We have emails that prove this. Many phone calls with UPS brokerage department and being told my packages were good, still demanded payment to UPS and withheld my packages.A week of explaining this on the phone with UPS, every time I phone them I was told it's all good by their brokerage department and I should get my packages no problem. The delivery company would not release them without payment. What in reality was a total of $25 bill per package, they try to demand over $120/package over and above shipping fees and the broker fees I paid MY broker to clear my shipments. When I explained this to the delivery driver, he tried to help me out, but his boss, was absolutely unwilling to help or resolve this problem with me to get my package and simply demanded payment, my packages have shown up two days in a row now, with failed delivery attempts and the boss could not be bothered to offer his email to me or to phone UPS to verify what they had said to me during the week, disregarded my paid brokerage invoices from my broker with tracking numbers that I showed the delivery guy for the shipments and his boss demanded I pay anyways.Lazy, uncaring and would rather waste his time arguing with me than trying to help and solve problems with people. If I could give negative stars I would.Unintelligent, unprofessional and needs to learn more about handling international shipments of different natures, not just sales, and resolving issues with customers instead of arguing and making himself look stupid.
