Poor. I have limited to no cell service ... Often, having to get in my car and go to shopping centers for important calls. I have tried on numerous occasions tried to explain all I want is streaming. I paid my bill ... They phoned and said I did not ... They could not hear me respond ... They cut my Wi-Fi off.

I was a Telus customer for years, they have their own problems, but wanted to try a new internet provider. I moved to a new location and signed up for Shaw internet and TV service. There were no promotions at the time but wanted to try them out, after signing a 2 year contract for minimal discount I noticed them giving discounts for their internet and TV subscriptions, I called to try and get the discount but could not because I was not a new customer. I get it this practice is done with all companies but this practice should end. I should get the discount, these prices are crazy high and every dollar matters. Also the internet service is spotty at best, constantly having to re boot the system to get internet working and can be slow at times. So I will be leaving Shaw after my 2 years is up, can’t imagine how they will try to screw over customers after they join up with Rogers.

Good day! My name is Mustafa Rashad. I just want to write this feedback to greatly thank Shaw's Mobile Customer service worker named AJ who works at Sunridge Shaw in Canada, Calgary, Alberta. I came with my dad & younger brother to replace my phone's SIM CARD & carrier. AJ has shown to provide [excellent] customer service & he was helping us by informing us of many promotional plans that we didn't even know we had. So, my phone wasn't receiving the SMS to help keep my phone number when I switch from Chatr to Shaw Mobile & so AJ took it upon himself to ask for my permission to put my SIM Card in his phone temporarily (which I accepted) to assist us through the process which did work flawlessly. He also helped us get the promotional Shaw Home WIFI 1GB/s internet router & plan which helped us amazingly because we are a family of 7 members. His help, respect, customer skills, & friendly attitude must be rewarded. He is a very nice & talented individual & it was a pleasure meeting you & your team. Thank you!

They forgot to hook up my fibre internet when I’m playing for the 1gb service. The only thing they managed to hook up was the wifi. Really Shaw? This is just crazy. Unacceptable.

I have always been a customer with Telus and unfortunately because of where I live they do not provide in my area so I had to switch to Shaw for my internet and cable. I have had nothing but problems with them. Their customer service is absolutely horrible, everyone I speak to is just bluntly rude. Their prices are insanely high compared to Telus might I add. I ended up cancelling my cable because I am never home and don't use it and its a waste of money, and they ended up charging my credit card $400 for the cable boxes after I explained to them I work away and haven't been able to ship them back yet, and they do not care. Please save your time and money and go to a different provider. I think their 2 star rating speaks volumes...

Absolute horrible company. I've been waiting 4 days for someone to come set up my internet. They canceled on me on Friday and told me they would he here on Monday between 10 and 2 .. 2 hrs AFTER my appointment they told me the technician has become unavailable AGAIN needless to say I took the whole day off working waiting around for this tech 'Amir'. then then the tech called me once while I was in the shower so because he was magically available again and I missed it, I immediately called back and he had moved on to another job already. What an absolute joke. Now I have to wait until Wednesday to have someone install my internet. I have never been more disappointed in customer service in my life.

I wish I read these reviews prior to porting my number over to them. Yes it is cheaper but their service and product is so much worse than Telus. their internet works at about 60% of what they claim and then they claim your devices. Telus never did this. Telus had issues too but they made sure to give you what you paid for. Shaw attempts to blame you for their issues and give you less than what you pay for. NEVER USE SHAW!!

The only reason this place even gets 1 star s because they wont let me do a negative. That is exactly what this company is a complete negative waste of time to deal with. The 3rd party company (Likewise) they use for warranty work is even worse than Shaw if you can believe that. You better check and make sure they are actually going to fix your phone before paying Likewise anything for warranty service because they will just tell you its fixed and send your broken phone back to you. When they do this Shaw will tell you there is nothing they can do for you even if you paid the fees since you bought the phone for extended warranty. A cell service provider that has no say in what their warranty provider does? Worst service and professionalism from a company I have ever seen. Good luck with these guys if you use them for anything really but as a cell service provider they have junk cell coverage, junk service and good luck if you have a problem because they wont lift a finger to help you. Id rate this place a flat zero.

Was fast Internet but I had to reboot the PVR often cause it would freeze up. Replacement did the same. Ended up canceling TV from them and just using subscriptions for what little I watch

Had a 2 year contract that was expired and they automatically increased my charges each month without notice. In frustration I called to find that out I ended up doing another 2 year contract. I'm halfway through the second term now and have moved locations. I inquired multiple times to see if I could get internet services moved to my new home. Unfortunately Shaw doesn't provide services in the area I've moved to, otherwise I would have kept the services. I requested to have the cancellation fee waived because of this reason and they were unwilling to do so. Disappointed in the service and how they try to pass you on to someone else to deal with.
