Afew months ago had new lenses put into 2 pairs of frames. Vanessa helped us at that time and was very patient and extremely kind in meeting our needs.Today dropped by unannounced to have frames tightened. Vanessa was again the person who assisted us and was very helpful, quick and kind.Thank you Vanessa!

I worked with Luci at the Edmonton, Calgary trail location and she was so very helpful! I was unsure of going in because if the prices of glasses and lenses but…even with my tight budget she was able to help me pick out TWO pairs of glasses, bifocal with transitions and a pair for computer work. She made the experience fun with her lovely humour and charm! I am very happy with both sets and glad I decided to come back in to FYEye.

I just needed to buy frames, just that! I already knew exactly what I wanted, brand, model, color, etc. I went to this store to ask if they have it available for me to buy it and for my surprise I just can buy the frames I need if I have an appointment!!! And the next appointment available is for three days from now, it was a simple purchase at the store and they make it so difficult, sorry but I gonna look for what I need in another store.

I only complete reviews when a company has absolutely earned it and this company has! Luci was patient, kind, caring and educated. She took her time helping us get EXACTLY what we needed/wanted without any pressure. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and continued to check in on us throughout our visit, I truly felt like we were in great hands. My partner has been wearing glasses since he was little and never once has he had the care that he experienced here. Thank you Luci, you did amazing, keep up the great work!

My partner and I had an absolutely amazing experience at this location! We came in to casually browse their designer frames and ended up getting an exclusive pair we loved. We will definitely be back!A huge shoutout to Lucy! Her positive attitude and knowledge of frames was outstanding! She walks through all options, educates her clients and recommends the best products. In short, Lucy absolutely excels at her job- go see her!!

This optometrist shop is fantastic front to back. From the warm welcome at reception, friendly and comprehensive exams, and then there is Darcy. Amazing advice and support when choosing glasses. Doesn't matter if you are old like me, young like my kids, he is always right on with style recommendations! We've been going for at least 10 years and never had anything but a great experience and great eyewear!

My family and I., 2 kids aged 10 and 13 have been going to this location and seeing dr. Krochmal soecifically. DR. Pete is very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Darcy has assisted me numerous times selecting glasses and lenses. He has a great “eye”. For whst lookds good and fits me well. I highly recommend checking them out.

I had a great experience here today. The washer that was attached to a screw holding my frame together was lost, and I came to FYIdoctor on Calgary trail for help. The gentleman who helped me was very professional, taking his time to find the right fit, which was tricky because it was an unusual pair of glasses. I left with a great impression of this clinic, and the kindness of the staff.
