Preferred Duct Cleaning

We had our ducts, dryer vent and furnace cleaned and are very happy with the results. The gentlemen who serviced our home were thorough, professional and had great communication with us throughout the process. I would certainly recommend them!

Be aware they might damage your ducts just like what happened with me . On May /29/2021 Brandon from preferred duct cleaning did a duct cleaning service after renovations . Few days later I discovered air vent at kid’s bedroom is not releasing any air completely dead ( was functioning just perfect before the service) I contacted Brandon and he was clueless and referred me to his boss Chris . Chris on the other hand tried to put the blame on Brandon ( his employee) and he said he borrowed the cleaning truck so it not my fault it’s Brandon’s fault ! After back and forth with Chris he finally came to take a look and he was clueless as well he is assuming that duct was disconnected during service and he is not sure where ! The only way to fix this is to make multiple cuts in my drywall and see if he can fix the issue ( guess who is paying for this ! Me ) .Finally Chris said he will come again with a device that. An scan through drywall and see if he can find disconnected duct but he did not show up on the appointment.If I can give them less than 1 star I would do it . Bunch of clueless, liars . Be very careful people don’t use this their service .

Chris’s crew were very good. Very professional and punctual good price. Great service cleaned up after the job was completed. Would highly recommend this company

Both Sean And Stacy were very professional amd curtious. Stacy recommend that the fan should also be cleaned based on the dust build up on it,showed pictures of before and after. I can feel the difference in the air quality in my house . Great job guys,highly recommend this company and will be using them again. Thanks Chris for sending these guys,should be proud of them .

100% recommend this company they are incredible!! My dryer vent was blocked and my dryer was not operational. I called Preferred Duct Cleaning and they had a service truck come to my house the same day I called. They were quick, very friendly and amazing. Very professional and thorough! Thank you soo much.

Chris was extremely helpful with providing me the necessary information about the work that needed to be done. He also helped me with a follow up conversation the week after! I would recommend calling Chris and getting the work done. I have already noticed less dust and a cleaner feel!
