Brian provided great service from start to finish. No pressure on the sales side - open and up-front about costs, pragmatic and knowledgeable. He was flexible when I had to reschedule the planned reno date. Contractors were professional and easy to work with. The final job was completed on time, at the expected cost, with high quality. Sure laminate is straightforward, but these guys did it right. No squeaks, gaps, sunken/soft areas, poor cuts around frames or odd angles. Top notch job.Renovation scope: Replaced carpets with laminate, levelled the concrete floor, installed baseboards.

I've had work done by Island Carpet twice now, most recently to install luxury vinyl plank in my place and I'm very happy with the result. The installation team was fast and did lovely work, and Chris was knowledgeable and patient, helping to smooth out a few of the wrinkles along the way. I would happily call them again.

Island Carpet helped us select the right type of flooring for our specific needs. The team that did the installation were professional and courteous. The timeline and budget were spot on. Brian came to check on the project and gave us such confidence. As well as the flooring, they arranged baseboard and door casing replacement. The team also did a fantastic job of clean up at the end of each day. We highly recommend Island Carpet and Flooring 10/10.

Getting new carpet in the condo was the first big project we’ve done. The Island Carpet sales team put us at ease making this big purchase. The installation crew did a great job too. I've had this company in two separate times. I hired them about three years ago to do my basement and then six months ago to do my main floor. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. The floors look amazing, the installers were quick, friendly,and clean. Three years later I have not a single complaint.
