Honestly, pretty good. Despite the sketch looking building when you enter to pick it up, the salmon roe I had was pretty good. As expected and pictured on the site. 10/10 would buy again.

Poor first time online experience.I ordered online, and my order was cancelled without explanation until I inquired.The explanation I was given for the cancellation was a one sentence “Shipping is much more expensive now”.Presumably, they mean shipping is more expensive than the $30 shipping fee I was charged, which was already more expensive than the $20-25 fee they advertised on their site.They could have offered to comp the difference in shipping given they messed up. They could have also just asked me if I was okay with paying the difference, which I would have been fine with. Instead, they just cancelled my order without contact.I know these guys can do better. Happy to change my review if I place a future order and the experience is satisfactory.For now, I’ve placed my order with another vendor since I need it delivered ASAP.
