Poor customer service. The lady on the phone wad rude and impatient. I got the phone hung up on me just because I called to have an update on my order that was taken more than an hour to be delivered. I didn’t have the time to say anything. She said it’s on the way and hung up without asking me what was the order or anything.

We have been ordering from this place for 2 years, once or twice a week.Today we noticed crab shells in two out of four rolls we ordered. We call to politely explain.The owner has no respect, we found crab shells in our sushi and when we tried to explain her she deniedShe was disrespectful as well...

Food is good. Quantities are OK. Asian girl in the front desk when going to pay should learn to speak better french its like Chinese mixed with french hard to understand her. She should relax and smile a bit and if she doesn't like her job then quit! I never ate in house only order take out so I don't have any experience to share with that. Also your order on line"

Food is great but service is rushed. They want to get you out of there FAST! We hadn't finished our soups that the spring rolls were brought. Then out came our main dishes. As they picked up the soup bowls. Same happened at the table beside us. We ended up with the table crowded with plates and a cold main. Please, let us take the time to ENJOY your excellent food! 5 stars for the food. Zero stars for the service.

overpriced resto , too noisy, needed to keep my coat on, and the server misled me as to what was included in the table d'hote. I ended up paying too much. The quantity of food was abundant.

For delivery: it’s a big No No.The receptionist has no customer skills and is extremely rude + impatient.When asked about delivery time.She answered:” Well whenever there’s another order around your neighbourhood so I don’t know”Unfortunate really because the food is great!
