I used to really like going here but they have changed everything. The prices are higher than ever before. All their packaging changed. Some products in the skin care line took a detour. Most importantly, their management and staff has changed. I used to be able to go in and exchange stuff without any issue but now they give me a very hard time. I will not go here anymore.

Placed online order was never shipped/received. Impossible to get money back. No way to submit an email claim. Very poor client support. The received item were unsealed (open to oxidation) looking very cheap.

Amazing stuff. I am big fan of this shop. When ever I went to mall I must visit her to see new stuff. Free parking and handicap parking handicap access. Stuff is very expert and always sounds you for assistance. Listen to their advice they ste very professional and they know what's suits your skin .

MASK EXEMPTIONS NOT HONORED HERE!I went into this body shop Saturday April 24th 2021. I am disabled, l use a walker and have diagnosed severe asthma. I was looking for some hemp hand protector to heal the callous on my hands from using my walker. I told the sales lady this. She insisted that l wear l mask l said l was exempt. She still insisted. I did not have to, but l explained l have asthma, l do not want to try and breathe with a smothering mask. She still insisted. I said you do not honor the bylaws of this city, you are acting above the law. She told me some lie that businesses can make their own rules. I said l was going elsewhere and left. So even if you are disabled and cannot breathe well they will insist you wear a mask. So everyone this is for you information this business inforces its mask rule, no exceptions don’t even try. No allowances no matter what.
