Cooper Equipment Rentals
Even though i asked the name of the two gentlemen that helped me with my rentals i forget their names . With that being said they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I rented a 75' snake for my drainage and a concrete saw to cut my driveway. I had the tools for the day but only used them for a few minutes each and they took that into consideration when it came to pay. I have been rentaing tools from cooper for years and have always had a good experience. They have always been curious about the jobs i have used them for and gave me suggestions not only to make the job easier but to be cost effective. Thank you again for all the help.

Way overpriced for tool rental and not transparent enough ! The tool I rented was not in a box with the required parts plus I was not made aware that there would be an additional “Cooper Protection Plan” charge of $7 on top of the already overpriced rental fee. Cost around $63 to rent a specialty drill - Home Depot would have been at least half that price! Will not be giving this place any more of my business! What a rip off.

Bad experience. Morell from Langley store arrange for pick up of water pump. When time to pick up equipment not ready, was abusive on phone and hung up. Very poor customer service. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Lost 2 of production, set me back on my job site. This is unprofessional service. Loss of good clients

Honestly better to go to the store and ask with a price break down of the rental. cost of a day rental cost waaay more than a weekly rental and there is a lot of hidden fees such as pick up and drop off of the equipment which is around 200+ for a round trip, oh and theres also insurance as well. I did it over the phone thinking that there would not be as much fees and they took a big chunk of a deposit and ended up charging me more at the end. Their surrey location charged me over 1200+ for a week for a lift... anyway just be aware.
