Charlene was amazing. She thoroughly explained what to expect with the procedure and made the awkwardness of it all a walk in the park. I would highly recommend Dr. Crippen and his amazing, friendly, respectful and professional team. One can take comfort that you are in the hands of a very educated and honest clinic. Highly recommend

I have done many cosmetic procedures at DermMedica, and I have always gotten fantastic results. The staff is very kind and attentive when booking you a spot and providing general information. Dr. Crippen is a very skilled doctor, who listen carefully our concerns and expectations. He explains with details the treatment proposed and the post-care instructions. I recommend DermMedica to everyone.

Brilliant clinic. I have been to many clinics in various places for years, and Dr. Crippen has been my absolute favorite thus far. I always feel like a rockstar when I leave Derm Medica. got botox (30 units) and lip filler (0.5) for my first time here and my experience was excellent. I chose this place after reviewing Dr. Crippen’s linkedin profile for his credentials and I was very impressed. The procedure itself was quick, painless, and easy-peasy. Messing with your face is a big deal and Dr. Crippen’s extensive education and experience speaks for itself. 10/10!

Wow what great service! I originally was going through my family Dr for my lip cyst to try and get removed. Waited three weeks to get into see my Doctor who then referred me to a specialist who booked the appointment for 3 months out. I decided to call DermMedica to see if I could get in and have it looked at, they got me in the next day around my work schedule and removed it right there and then for a few hundred dollars. Went from disappointment with the medical system to extremely happy and grateful with the service, professionalism and treatment I received at DermMedica. Would highly recommend

I had a cherry angioma on my forehead removed that had been one of my biggest insecurities. I was hesitant to have it removed as I was nervous about scarring. Dr Crippen and his staff did such an amazing job walking me through the procedure and making me feel secure. The stitches were done so well and the healing process was seamless. I would absolutely recommend this clinic and now would not go anywhere else for any procedure of this type! Thank you so much Dr Crippen & Team!

Beautiful clinic however the doctor didn’t listen to me when I requested a certain amount of units of Botox. (This wasn’t my first time getting Botox) He told me they had a minimum amount they’ll inject. I went along with what he said and then I couldn’t even blink. It was horrible!! I paid nearly 3x the amount I’ve ever paid in the past and hated the results.This clinic needs to listen better instead of only seeing $$$ signs.To follow up to the owner’s response.You have my name incorrectly spelled in your system. I was there on January 19th.Follow up:I was there January 19th 2021 at 1:15pm.No I don’t want to call you. Thankfully I recently found another clinic that is wonderful, listens and I’ll continue to support.Hopefully my experience won’t happen to anyone else.

Today was my first time to this clinic; I went in to *cough* retain my youthful appearance, and was met by courteous staff who were very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Crippen was also great and personable! Highly recommend!
