American Express

Not the best American Express I've ever been to, but all of my inquiries were eventually handled.

Amex is my favourite bank, been an Amex credit card holder for many years. Just love it.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. Reps don't know what they're talking about. Very poorly trained..

Worst website ever. Got a gift card tried checking the balance neither site works nor the customer service phone number. Very inconvenient.

I booked a flight through American Express online portal to travel to India for my marriage.They booked wrong flights for me and let me know one week before about my travel issue and I requested for assistance from customer service after waiting on call for two hours. when I explained my issue, one agent just hang the phone and one agent said he wants 3 days time to sort it out. I said my flight is after one week and if u guys take three days , how can i able to take PCR test and get results after one day and board with it .No one is taking responsibility for this issue ,either airlines or amex. I think those who have premium cards will get support and others wont get that service.One agent called Akhil was so supportive and he said he will help me out as soon as possible. I request Amex to recruit better agents like Akhil to at least give customer hope and does everything to solve it. Waiting for the response from him

On m'a toujours répondu de façon polie, en français et même pris ma part lors d'une chicane avec un fournisseur de service de téléphone. J'apprécie aussi le programme de récompenses. De plus, c'est la compagnie qui reconnaît mes paiements la plus vite. Ma seule plainte est le taux d'intérêt typique des cartes de crédit. (Malheureusement, je ne pourrais jamais donner 5 étoiles pour à aucune de ces compagnies qui chargent 20 % d'intérêt.)
