I had an incredible experience with WashBistro, and my expectations were exceeded! I originally found WashBistro via Google when I was looking for a place to get my king-sized down-duvet laundry serviced. I have never used a laundry service before, or have washed a down-duvet, and had many questions that WashBistro was able to quickly and kindly help me with via text (very convenient!). They also have an app which makes their service that much more convenient as well as use all-natural products. They were able to pick up my duvet the very next day and drop it off two days later, all at an affordable price. When they dropped it off, I was amazed! Not only was the duvet packaged perfectly in a bag, it was finally bright white and stain-free again (after various spills on it), very fresh, super fluffy and smelling good! My duvet looked and felt brand new! On top of that, WashBistro went above & beyond by surprising our foster dog with some dog treats (our foster dog ran out when they picked up the duvet which is how they knew we had him). This small but thoughtful gesture speaks wonders about the values and quality of the company. You can tell they really care about their customers, and their belongings.100% recommend!! Exceptional service! I don't remember when an owner took the time to introduce himself and then follow up to see if the laundry service met our expectations. As a clinic we also have a choice of environmentally conscious and safe solvents. Very impressed.

I've used their services a number of times. I've never been disappointed. We have started sending out feather comforters and large dry cleaning items to them now, as well as exces laundry. We initially used their service after a basement flood and once more when we had our bsby and were a little overwhelmed. Always very fast service, everything comes back clean, nicely folded and organized, and quickly.

The best service: consistent, thoughtful, cleanliness, communication.We discovered WashBistro when renovating our basement (laundry room included) a couple years ago. After experiencing the convenience of not having to do laundry, we continue to use the weekly laundry service, even with a newly renovated laundry.Mihir is alway on top of the schedule and communicating thoroughly. He takes into account our vacation time and ensures to get our clean laundry ready before leaving for vacation. Who does that?!
