Ron came and fixed my dryer on the same day that I called. He was very pleasant and I highly recommend this company!

He did show up the same day which was nice but arrived with no mask on and walked straight into my house with his shoes on. He flooded my laundry room while trying to fix my washing machine and just said “oh well” also putting several dents in our drywall that we just finished this year by leaning the machine against it. He stood in the water while I scrambled to mop it up. At the end when he was asking for payment he walked straight upstairs with his soaking wet boots on my light coloured carpet. HORRIFIC customer care.

The lid lock on my washer broke, unfortunately it was a piece necessary for my washer to be able to work. So I called up Ron’s to inquire about price on part & fixing. The next day he showed up to take a look, discussed what we wanted to do and he called around and was able to order the LAST & ONLY part available around and cheaper than I was anticipating. 3 days later the part came in and he promptly came and fixed it for me! I’ve never been so excited to be able to do laundry again lol I’d highly recommend Ron, he’s super friendly, gets to the point and does everything he can to help you out! Thanks Ron & Staff!

We paid $100 to basically he told “I don’t know what wrong”. It could be this or that, might be easier to just buy a new dishwasher. Had a certified LG service company cone from Brantford, and with 5 minutes knew it was the motor, it was covered under warranty. Fixed on site. I feel like this company showed up and took money for the service call but really had no interest in doing the repair. I would not recommend.

Ron came highly recommend by my neighbor's and local co-workers. I contacted him to look at my fridge that stopped working Monday night and received a phone call Tuesday morning. He came by Tuesday afternoon and was very pleasant and helped explained the reason the fridge was not working and let me know it was worth fixing and that he would be by first thing Thursday am to pick it up. Being an only person in a new town I felt very comfortable that there was someone that could help me. He asked me to call him first thing to remind him. I did that and was told he would be out there that day. They asked if I was going to be home all day and I said no I had an afternoon appointment as I was told it was going to be picked up first thing, they then assured they would call when they were on their way. I waited around and left late for my appointment and never heard anything. Friday was the big storm but I called just to inquire for any timeline so I could make arrangements as I would be working the following week. I left a message on Dec 23 and have yet to hear from them. I have been living out of a mini fridge for over a week now and have had to make the decision to buy a brand new fridge as I have no information on when or if my fridge will ever be picked up to be fixed. Having an original positive experience I was quite disappointed that this is the end result. I can guarantee that I will not be using this business again and will be willing to pay more for services to come in from out of town. Being a small business in a small town you would think, especially with a new customer, that you would go above and beyond to either show up and/or effectively communicate with your customers on any issues that may have come about.

Ron is a highly pleasant and personable gentleman. He has helped us with our fridge and dryer and we are completely satisfied with his service and professionalism. He is the areas number 1 appliance guy!! We highly recommend Ron.

Went there for a dryer and due to schedules conflicts I couldn’t make it there during normal business hours so Ron opened up early to take car of me. Highly recommend.

Ron was great in helping me troubleshoot my broken fridge. After a few hours of trying discovered it was a sealed system leak, garbage. Showed up within an hour of calling with my problem. Offered me a temporary fridge until my new one could be delivered. Would highly recommend.

Bought a washer off ron 3 months ago never used it till now in my brand new build used it once it leaked water all over the floor said it was good washer .Called Ron on Monday a lady answered I asked her to get Ron to call me, never called back and now it’s closed on a Thursday for long weekend worst customer service would not recommend Ron to any one
