Brookside Roofing Ltd. showed up when they indicated they would, had the job completed within the estimated time and left the jobsite totally clean the way they found it. A totally professionally job.

Great experience with Brookside Roofing. I needed my roof done before winter and these guys made it happen. I received a quote the same day that I called and the crew was on site to do the job a couple days later exactly when I was told they would be.The new roof came with a 10 year labour and workmanship warranty from Brookside Roofing and a 40 year warranty from the shingle manufacturer.The new roof looks great and there is literally no trace of a roofing crew even being here! Old shingles, tar paper, garbage, nails were all cleaned up and hauled away.Thanks a lot!

I had an asphalt roof redone in Fredericton in 2017 and its now 2022. They came with a large crew and had it done in a morning. The price was good and we've had zero issues with the roof for 5+ years, through the wind storms etc..

Hire someone else, the job was way over priced, they beat and thrashed my evestrough and facia getting the old soffit out until it is now unrepairable and is going to cost more to to have replaced. We had to tell them more than once to stop what they were doing and call the boss, who litterly doesn't stop talking long enough to hear you speak. Finally gave them 2 options, replace the damage or pack up and leave. Professionals I don't think so. Quality work definitely not.

He gave a verbal quote and then showed up (not on the day he said he would) did part of the job and wants full pay. I gave them half because thats whats fair. When I talked to him about it he agreed he would come finish the job. Then weeks of heavy rain go by. Im still dealing with a leaky roof. He finally contacts me to say he would send someone to fix it, but starts to lead into the conversation like it's going to cost me more money. Told him Id get a different company in because I was unimpressed, so he slanders me on facebook saying I dont pay and blocks me so I cant defend myself. I had already given him $225 for 45 minutes work.Left me upset with a leaky roof and a mess in my house, an invoice" with no hst number or contact information on it and then threatens to put a lean on my house if I dont pay him another $225 for work he didnt complete. Unproffesional and very rude. Hard pass."

Make sure you call around before you get fleeced by this crew...30 minute job to fix 3 pieces of loose siding and billed $2200...not bad if you dont mind being taken advantage of..BBB obviously isnt to fussy on who they accredit these days..
