I do not recommend this place. The staff members do not treat you with respect. When you ask them for items that are on the menu they make this ridiculous response that we don’t carry it. When it’s written on their menu.Second when we ordered milkshakes we got half a milkshake and got charged full price. Staff members do not own up to their mistakes and the manager does not want to accommodate.

Decided to try my lunch break at BK today. I spent 10 minutes in line behind one other person and finally got to ordering. Just a meal for myself. My order is made 3 times over and just given to the next person with the same order in the drive through. This happened 3 times and after 25 minutes I finally got my order with less than five minutes to eat left. What happened to fast food? This was garbage service and I’ll never set foot in this location again.

This place is the worst place to buy food. There is one lady not sure if she is supervisor, but she is very rude. She needs to learn how to be polite and have customer service skills before serving food to clients. She is also rude to the staffs. They are very slow and their orders take too long to prepare. Sometimes you wait for half an hour for a drink.

Please hire more people to work on - take in dinners. The waiting time was a lot higher than the 7 minutes the cashier advise it was going to take. We waited patiently for more than 30 minutes to have our food. Customers started to complain, and their way to get food was to going to yell at the personnel to get it done. If you go and see people waiting with long faces, save yourself some time and frustration and go away. Similar places would offer a quicker service and set up real time expectations for the same money.

I rarely leave poor reviews but I felt it was required today. I have ordered from this location a few times and always had items missing or long wait times (over an hour from a restaurant less than ten minutes drive away, due to restaurant not having food ready for driver) but my order tonight was the worst I have received from any restaurant before. I ordered two poutines today and instead of calling to say that the item was not available they chose to not call and instead sent me poutines with rotten, chunky, and rancid gravy on them. Luckily, my toddler and I didn’t eat them because someone warned me on the bag ahead of time (see photo). I wont be eating here again.

A fast food that will definitely make your stomach want for a burger. I love the crews inside they were friendly and approachable. They are wearing their gloves and hairnet for the food safety. Always have those freshly grilled patties and those fresh vegies inside of it. Thank you king.

I haven't been to Burger King in about 15 years. Very pleasantly surprised to discover the burgers are the same size and just as delicious as I remember. Staff on duty were very kind and efficient. I dont visit Airdrie often, but now I have another reason to.

The last 2 times I've come in here to eat with my girlfriend, we've had to wait at least twenty mins to get our food, even though neither time was a difficult order to get ready. Nobody working seems to care about how long everyone out front has been waiting. They just say wait please" and walk away with no hurry or urgency. Don't call yourself a fast food place if nobody knows what fast means. I highly doubt I'll be coming back here."

You will be warned I ate here 3 days ago.That's when I got food poisoning. It still hasn't let up. I always liked Burger King.But never again. Honestly, these days, I feel like I'm not even surprised anymore with fast food and the work forces employed.
