As a family of professionals with kids, we are always juggling work and family responsibilities. That's why we decided to try Cleany's cleaning service, and we are so glad we did! The cleaners were punctual, friendly, and professional. They did an amazing job cleaning our home from top to bottom, and even tackled some tough spots we hadn't been able to clean ourselves. The best part was that we didn't have to lift a finger! We could focus on spending time with our family and getting our work done without worrying about cleaning. We highly recommend Cleany to anyone who needs a reliable, efficient cleaning service.

This is my 3rd time using Cleany for house cleaning. Their scheduling, upfront transparency on billing cost makes this a super easy process. The efficiency depends on the crew but 2/3 times I had a fantastic crew and the quality shows in both the cleaning and efficient time management.

I would not recommend this company if you actually want your place clean. The worse experience I’ve had with a cleaner. The floor was not mopped, not even swept in some spaces. I had to redo, taking about 4 hours of my time.PS- the girl who came said she was working slower as she was sick... Yes, she came to my place sick, during a pandemic.

These guys are HORRIBLE!!! I used them prior to moving into my new house and nothing was cleaned properly. There was dust in the door knobs, top off the fridge, floor wasn't mopped, microwave wasn't cleaned. They sent two cleaners and one left half way through without finishing. When I refused to pay they were going to send another cleaner next day and she didn't show up and called in sick. My friends and I ended up cleaning ourselves prior to my move. Worst experience ever and so much headache.

Cleany has always been super responsive and the cleaners they send do a great job. They are open to feedback and very helpful. I've felt such a weight off my shoulders having biweekly cleaning with them.

UPDATE: We used Cleany again, and, while the cleaner did a great job, we were a little disappointed that our quote for length of time to clean our place and cost were much different than we were originally told. We completely understand that it's subject to change, especially in the morning and with traffic. And even the cost can go up, we get it. We were told 9AM start time (and approx 4 hours) so the fact that the solo cleaner was still cleaning at 530pm very much surprised us. Especially when we had to get our daughter ready for dinner and bed. The cleaner did a great job and we also gave a cash tip. We received a bill for $100 more than what we were quoted for, probably do to the extra time it took to clean. It would probably make more sense to send 2 cleaners to cut the time in half, maybe that's something the company can consider (like last time).Unfortunately, we will not be using this service again.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We used Cleany for a deep clean and decluttering and were very impressed! It ended up costing around ~$300 which accounted for about 4 hours of cleaning and organizing. They put things away and left our place so it looked more spacious with every nook and cranny used. I didn't think it was possible with a young child and dog, but they did a great job making our place look clean and tidy! So thank you - it definitely helped us feel more relaxed :)

I would recommend Cleany to anyone looking for a good regular cleaning service. I was initially attracted to them because of how easy it is to get an estimate of their price for various cleaning tasks from their 'Request a Quote' website option.The quality and thoroughness of the job depends on the crew you get. I have used them three times now. The first two times the crew was good and did do their job well. The third time Jenny and Andreas were the team and they did a through, exceptional and awesome job leaving my house sparkling the way I like it and leaving me with a very happy and satisfied feeling.The other thing I like about Cleany is the responsiveness of the team and how easy it is do scheduling with them.

Cleany is handling cleaning for me at numerous distant places as I never had a complaint about them. Each time, I got the results far beyond my expectations with reliable, dependable and trustworthy services. Recommended to anyone to make affordable confiscate on quality cleaning for their homes.

I'm very happy with the service provided: we need vacuuming and shampooing the carpet and everything was done great! The price was very good too (yes, I have contacted five different companies and Cleany was the fastest to respond and gave the best price for the same service). Really appreciate their help and would like to thank the team for great service and for being able to stay in touch for any minor thing. Thank you!

Beyond impressed with this cleaning experience. Incredibly thorough, with great communication and customer service. We booked for a move out clean, and they left the place *substantially* cleaner than it was when we first moved in.
