Unless you have a XXL size there's no reason for you to visit this store.Is a clearance store and not an outlet, is basically the outlet of the outlet! Only big sizes available, few models and no assortment.As all items are in clearance of 80% they are not allowing to return/exchange/refund them under any reason, so check the quality of the items you are about to buy.It is connected to the CK database, so if you have any coupons on your account, you'll be able to use them accordingly, but good luck to find something!!!!

Rude behavior by the lady who attends the phone. Dont bring ur frustration at home to ur work. Be Professional. Hire someone else who is matured. Go to CK at CF Don Mills, well mannered and better behavior and serrvice.

I was helped out by an amazing employee, I believe their name was “harv”. He was super friendly and helped me find the perfect outfit. He gave honest advice and treated me as a friend and valuable customer. I would highly recommend everyone to seek out Harv when shopping. He is knowledgeable and super helpful!

I come to Dixie quite often but have never gone into the Calvin Klein’s and so I decided to shop in there today. As I entered I was pleasantly surprised with the greeting I got from one of the employees, Khush Patel. He welcomed me into the store and offered his assistance. I was looking for a specific style of jeans and he led me straight to what I was looking for. Along with this, he recommended other options for me if I wasn’t happy with the original one. Throughout my time there he was very kind, approachable and helpful. Overall, my experience at Dixie’s Calvin Klein today was amazing, all thanks to Khush!

I had a terrible experience on April 20th, 2022 at the Calvin Klein location in Dixie Outlet, Mississauga, Canada.My mom, sister and I were walking past the store. I stepped in to look at a dress that was near the entrance. My sister came near the sensors and the alarm sounded. Her laptop was in her bag and it sometimes trips alarms in stores. She had not completely entered the store and the Employee by the name of Harv ran toward us and tried to force my sister to give him her bag. We asked why and he ignored our questions. He proceeded to get very aggressive and violent and tried to take steps toward my sister to take her bag from her. She started to take steps back because she felt threatened. He told us he will call security. So, we told him to call security and the police because we did not take anything. We barely entered the store.While this was happening, another couple of a different ethnicity walked out of the store and the alarm went off. He said nothing to them but ran to check the security cameras on us. Yes, we are black. Yes, we were absolutely racially profiled!The worst experience!

Great customer service in this CK store. Sales associates and esp Managers were always ready to help. Tanya, has always been helpful. We always leave the store happy with our great buys. We will def keep coming back to this store.

I was at the mall today and Ishani ,addressing herself as manager there at cK was not pleasant to deal with .first of all felt like she is doing a huge favour by selling Ck items .At the end of transaction no one offered me the 15 percent disc as a new customer,when I asked that my son is a member therefore to check if there is any discount coupon, Ishani said that there was none under his name. Therefore I asked her to create one for me as a new customer, Ishani refused doing that and mentioned that bcz I gave her my son info , she won’t create one for me now . Bcz I was in rush I ended up paying without using any discount and left with a bitter experience from this Girl who calls herself as a manager and this was unexpected from a big brand name Ck. 0 rating for this experience

If I could give this store zero stars I would because there are two employees that’s worked there that racially profiled as a black woman by my own people and a man and thought I was going to steal $4 panties. Like there is other people at the store SMH! Thankfully the assistant manger listened to my concerns but HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH!

Today i witnessed racial profiling for the first in my life from the employees of Calvin Klein against my younger sister it was so hurtful because I know personally she is totally against shoplifting and taking what is not hers. Sometimes I think those days are done buts it sad thought something like that would happen more in In Tommy hillfiger but the customer service is much better. Hope we can just learn to love one another cause this is Canada.
