Really friendly staff, happy to answer all questions and give you time to think. Great advice, great stock. Great customer service system too (like, very well organized). Prices for parts are also amazing.The only downside (I don’t think this is the store’s fault), but the price to buy a big 4.9L jug of oil costs more than buying 5 small 1L jugs, even with the recycling fee! Very strange haha.Definitely would recommend the place.

Unparalleled service!! These guys really mean business! First time on the phone with them but definitely did not feel like a first time customer, the sales reps are very knowledgeable and know how to talk for sure. Make this your go to place for your import car maintenance consumables/parts that are otherwise difficult to find like Liqui Moly, Total lubricants, etc. Nicely ask and they’ll adjust the price to ensure your satisfaction and loyalty.

this is the worst auto parts shop in Vancouver. they are just about selling the products and never honour their word when it comes to warranty. all of them lie about delivery time and parts availability and all of that, leave us stranded in the middle of nowhere. this is the last time i am meeting with these guys, you cannot even talk to the manager because the people working there don't even know who is the manager. if you don't want to get stranded, keep far far away from these people. they use cheap parts. with skyrocketing pricing, they will take your arms and legs and keep you stranded. avoid!!

Guy knew exactly the part I was talking about with no headache and no attitude. No need to go online from now on. I will call this place first now and get fast good service and competitive pricing.

very good customer service and very great price on auto parts.I couldn't find any other competitors when looking for parts. I got a CAPA certified part for my lexus for only $165 tax include. I tried to look for other places online, they're all around $500. This place was patient in calling around and look for a great deal for me. I'm not even a wholesale customer, I only ordered one part for my own car. I highly recommend this place for your future needs.

Jessica was super friendly and clear on the phone and price matched Lordco. In the end when I found out I bought the wrong parts they even helped me refund it with no trouble even if it was a non-refundable item. I will definitely come back again.
