All of the ladies here are great. I don't have very feminine hands, but I always leave with my hands feeling pretty!Also great customer service! There was a crack in my nail (due to the width of my thumb, not quality of service) and the owner went out of her way to ensure I came back to have the nail fixed.

It was my daughter’s bestie birthday and we took her here to do medi & pedi which was only $35 for the girls each. They loved it and my daughter can’t wait to invite her friends to do their nails for her birthday!!!The boss lady is very friendly and accommodating.Love my cat eye nails and how shiny it is! My cousin and sister also did their nails their a few days later and loved it !

Highly recommend! I’ve been coming for more more than a year and each time, people compliment my nails. The service is great and the nails are like artwork. This is the best nail place I’ve been to.

I don’t even live in Toronto but I always make time for an appointment here when I’m visiting my parents. The prices are such a great deal considering the quality of work. All the artists here are incredibly talented, detail oriented and kind. They never rush you and are punctual with appointments. I’ve been served by different artists and I’ve never left disappointed. I can vouch that their work lasts, I went on a month and half long surf trip and my extensions never lifted or chipped despite how grown out they were. This place is a gem!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this salon for a full set of nails. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and service that I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The salon was clean, comfortable and inviting. The technician who provided my service was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She took her time to make sure that my nails were done to perfection. The final results were stunning and I was more than pleased with the job she had done. I highly recommend Bella for anyone looking for a great nail salon experience.

If you like very simple designs, this is a decent salon to go to. I got a french tip with cat eye effect. I came with natural nails and did a removal of gel polish. The girl removing the gel didnt do it close enough to my real nail, so the sheer base she put on top shows the odd line between my growth and my previous set. The lady tried to tell me it was from nail extensions in my last set… but my last set was natural nails. I also asked for a french tip and I wanted the french to go higher than their usual, and they looked at me like I was crazy. If you choose a design that is not what theyre used to seeing youre treated oddly. The whole thing (removal, french tip, cat eye) was $118 with tax. Not a good experience as I felt they were hostile. Not welcoming to be honest. Poor experience, and the nails werent special.
