The most absurd thing EVER. I come home after buying 4 wine glasses and open the box to see that 3 out of 4 glasses are STAINED WITH RED WINE. Um excuse me???? Yes you heard, 3 out of 4 glasses were not just USED and put back in the box, they also weren’t even cleaned properly to make it seem like they were new. Plus the box stank of rotten fermented grapes. Disgusting!! Yes I know I should’ve checked them before purchasing, but I was in a hurry. Its Friday night and I have guests coming over and am stuck with these!!! I honestly won’t even use them. Such a waste, very ridiculous.

I come to this store every time I am in Montreal. Great items for home decorating and nifty kitchen gadgets. Lots of variety and priced very reasonably.

I always go in when I pass by the store, very cute selection of furniture, homeware, and home decor items.

Love their products and usually everyone in the store is great. However, had a bad experience today where I came to get a partial refund on something that was supposed to be 50% off and was sold to me as full price. The person working accused me of having put the sales sticker on to falsely claim the discount... and then sent me to pick up my furniture from their warehouse location around the corner, without explaining where it is or what I'm supposed to be doing (it's an unmarked door in a completely different building).. There's definitely a better way to treat customers.

They offer nice home goods like kitchen ware and decorations but the place feels very impersonnal. The shop had no music to fill up the silence. It's a multiple story store but you have to go up many stairs and it's not wheelchair accessible.

One of the worst experiences ever had with any type of stores. I ordered a mirror in Dec 2021. The employee said that the item will be delivered no later than January. Back in January, the said that it will be delivered in February. In February, they stated that there is a « slight » delay and we will surely receive it in March. I called them in March, and they said that we will receive it in June. I asked them if they are absolutely sure about that and they mentioned that they are 100% sure. Guess what happens next, they called us and said that the item will not be delivered in June… instead it will be delivered in August. I don’t have any issue when a store accepts a payment and mentions that they cannot assure a delivery date… but I do have a problem when a store assures many delivery dates and they don’t stick to them. I used to love this store and purchased many items… not anymore!
