After having a duct cleaning appointment cancelled THREE times by another company... due to weather... I didn't want to wait for another month + risk it being cancelled again. I called Enviro and got a call back within a few minutes to book a next day appointment (due to a cancellation). I am so pleased with the professionalism + honesty that Brad has as a service man.He arrived right on time + was a wealth of knowledge! Typically companies tell you every year or two to do your ducts, and he was quite honest saying that 7 years is plenty for our home. It is nice to get a company like this that you can trust.What makes his approach really unique as well is that they have a portable unit so it's possible to get your ducts cleaned in the winter without having to have your door open with the cold weather.P.S. I took a picture of the truck in our driveway because I was so darn excited that we finally got to see the day to get our ducts cleaned!!!
