Virgil was very thorough with the inspection of my daughter and her fiance's first home.It was a difficult inspection because the house they were interested in buying was a manufactured home that had multiple additions over the years. He was very patient in explaining various aspects of the home's shortcomings and good points.The written report he provided was extremely comprehensive and the three or four page summary was a quick guide to what repair items should be made a priority and what items could wait.
