We broke down while on a road trip this past summer and the team took us in. We had taken on bad fuel and it was throughout our 1987 Westy. They did a great job and were all very friendly. Thank-you team!

Two separate visits ...one guy couldn't figure out and didn't bother resetting my oil indicator I said fine left Googled it to reset myself...the last time went to get tires switched and they said they couldn't find special lock lug nut.....it was in back area with spare tire etc. Instead of calling me they waited until I came back and inquired if it was ready to ask me and I was held up an extra hour.

Broke down in Amherst. They were really courteous and friendly and got me on my way very quickly and the price was fair. Would go back again. Highly recommend.

Mickey Mouse operation. Clueless ppl. They said gas tank was leaking. So we got a new gas tank. Turns out it was fuel pump leaking. They don’t even know there’s an access for fuel pump under the back seat.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They want 500.00 to replace fuel pump and it’s a 30 min job

I am quite disappointed with Tirecraft. I went in to get all my brakes done on all 4 wheels of my Honda Civic and also asked if they could do a tire rotation since they were going to be taking off all the wheels anyways. They wanted to charge me the regular price for a tire rotation as if I were just going in for that, on top of the brakes charge. I was hoping it would be free to rotate the tires since they were all coming off anyways. I told them not to do the rotation because I didn't think that was right for them to charge extra. I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like a wallet. I'm going to look for a new shop for future repairs.

I was not real satisfied with my detailing of my truck. The gal came out with me at the beginning & I showed her I took the time to clean out my box so it could get cleaned. Never happened. She never said we don't do that.When I went into say there was still dirt on my truck the young fella came out with me & I showed him the tailgate that still had dirt on it and he said it was my undercoating but I never had that happen before. He then told me they don't clean the boxes of trucks. I showed him the dirt swirl marks on the passenger door & he wiped it off. He said only a light spray wax is put on. Disappointed. I had the Gold package. Once I left & was driving my defrost came on & my front windshield had streaks! That's why I got it professionally done! I can do streaks and for the fact my arms are too short. Then I noticed my back window had not been cleaned at all. Still had the dirt and crude on it. When I went to let my dog in the back seat of my truck there was still drool marks on the door that have been there for quite a while. Lastly I was told the price was $199.99 + tx. My bill should of been about $230. No it was $252.98? Abouts. So it wasn't a very good experience. Then when I arrived home I noticed want I thought was dirt over my wheel wells...no it was paint or seemed like it. I got it off with my finger nail.So needless to say I didn't find it a real good experience like I was hoping for, especially getting the GOLD" package."
