Dave was super thorough and informative. He went through every single bit of the inspection with us and made sure to answer any questions possible. Truly hands on. Plus I love the fact that he prints the report out right there at the end of inspection so you have it in hand before he leaves plus an emailed copy while the printer is going. Can’t get much better than that.

This was the easiest and best inspection ever. David went through everything very thoroughly for me. He actually took the time to talk to me about the pros and cons and he gave me his opinion as well. By the time I got to the house, David had a who portfolio binder with pictures and detailed description of the whole inspection. He also had a sheet in there just for my yearly chores that would need done to keep my new house perfect. I would recommend him to everyone.
