We have happily partnered with Greenbay Northern for landscape services over the past two seasons. We are so happy we made this decision as Siamak and his entire team offer a terrific service while always being polite, thoughtful and approachable. We had a landscaping job in our backyard which required removing a retaining wall with huge stones and fixing the drainage behind the wall. Siamak, the owner, did a great job in doing this hard project. He started and completed the work as he told us. He was very helpful in choosing a plan that was more cost effective and efficient. His staff were very professional and courteous.I would highly recommend him for any type of landscaping work.

We had a raised interlock patio that needed to be redone due to a drainage issue in the backyard last year. It was hard finding a landscaper who had a good solution to our problem but with a lot of luck, we found Siamak from Greenbay Northern Ltd. on Google and looked at his reviews and figured we'd give him a call.Siamak came and immediately earned our trust. He took precise measurements of our patio and lawn and came up with a detailed solution to our problem (including installing a french drain around the patio and sloping the patio towards the french drain). When Siamak and his team came to do the work, they were incredibly professional and had brought a lot of high quality machinery to help get the job done faster. Siamak was present to ensure that the job was being done correctly and was very active throughout the process. We also had the Greenbay Northern team re-sod our lawn as the lawn was in terrible shape. The outcomes were picturesque and we are so thankful to Siamak and his team for the amazing work. We have no more drainage issue now and the backyard looks incredible. We have also recommended Siamak and Greenbay Northern to our family and friends and the people we know who have used him have always been very happy with him and the high quality that he delivers.One year later and thus far, I can definitely say that his work has held up quite well! I love the work that Siamak and his team completed in my backyard. Unlike other landscaping companies, Siamak did not attempt to up-sell me a design drawing. He provided the quote in a timely manner with no hesitation to make revisions. He started and completed as committed. He's quick to answer, even if it's to let you know he'll have to get back to you and he will. He was helpful in choosing the type of trees/plants to install. We were referred to Greenbay Northern by a family friend and could not be more thrilled with our choice to work with Siamak and his team in Summer 2022.Ever since our first communications with Siamak, it was clear that he was incredibly passionate, professional & knowledgable in his craft. Considering all of these factors, we knew we could trust Siamak in delivering on the plan, timelines and price we agreed to.Siamak and his team completely transformed our backyard from an unusable space into a professionally landscaped practical amenity area. They were thoughtful in the machinery they used for the job (based on our property size), worked full days, were respectful of our neighbours and always cleaned up before leaving each night. They removed large tree stumps, built new fences, regraded and re-sodded our backyard and built a large interlock patio in combination with a small retaining wall. If a change was ever required to the design, schedule or budget, Siamak was transparent and kept us well informed.We’ve received numerous compliments from our neighbours and visitors and we couldn’t be happier with the job completed by Siamak and the team. One of my neighbours had completed a project with Greenbay Northern Ltd. Couple of months later, seeing the remarquable job this company had done with our neighbor's driveway, my next-door neighbor suggested we also get a quote for our driveway. Since we live in a townhouse, getting our driveway done at the same time would be a little cheaper. I also wanted a Japanese garden in my front yard and wanted to redo the garden in my backyard for years but had no idea where to start.First I was impressed by the company owner Siamak, his knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs. He has the ability to connect with every client's unique vision of their project and really work patiently to get the job done to your satisfaction. He was hands-on, working long hot summer hours with his employees to complete the project within the agreed timelines; he checked in everyday to ensure that we still aligned on the vision of the project. Many times, he would realign the curve stones himself the next day because it wasn't done to his liking. I also admired his honesty and integrity. I had asked to put new grass in the front yard but he gave me tips on how to take care of the lawn better, therefore saving me the cost of removing and adding new grass. Siamak's true passion and love of his work really shows. I get an instant feeling of peace when I pull in my driveway, or when I step in my backyard. He had exceeded my expectations and highly recommended their services.

He was able to reinvent the space to make our backyard more welcoming and usable while staying within our original budget.The work itself was well done and completed on time. Green Bay Northern is amazing! Siamak’s knowledge, experience, professionalism and experience made working with him a great experience. Our project was a backyard facelift - remove old patio and steps and build new patio, garden bed, steps from door and resod. Love my backyard!.
