We stopped by for breakfast and it was delicious! Got the farmers breakfast and the eggs Benny. I thought both tasted wonderful, but would choose something else next time! Not only are staff super friendly but other guests are just as kind. There are roosters walking around the property which you can feed with their mixed feed for 25c.

If 0 stars would be possible it may be warranted. From the top down this establishment truly needs to consider streamlining back to how it operated in the past as dual purpose cafe/restaurant. The attention to detail in the service is missed, food to go usually has mistakes and isn’t prepared with any integrity, and the flow of purchasing as a walk through customer is laughable most of the time. It’s not so much the staff, but the environment with which they’ve been placed, they simply cannot thrive and it’s painful every time you go there. If you’re dining in, and blissfully unaware, I’m sure a win or two can happen but it’s just average everything at best. Anyone who’s spent even a thread of time in the service industry would laugh at how establishment this operates. Nice location, mostly overpriced, and missed opportunities.

Wow! This place has grown since I first came here. No more sitting in the old bus. Now they have a big dining room and an extensive menu. The place is busy. The food is still good.

Nice area to stop for lunch, with local wine tastings and different options for food. Recommend the wine flights to get a nice variety of flavours. Nice seating area outside with options in the sun or shade.Had to clear the table myself, as well as pick up the food when they called my name.

Pleasant staff. Really nice and cosy ambience. The meatloaf was great but you’ll not drive for it. Soup was a bit salty. No luck with my red wine.

Great food it didn't disappoint and nice staff. However our wait for food was excessive as they were low in staff.. lovely outside location. Sadly, no wine tastings available it would seem.

I have been to this place many times before , because it is very close to where I lived . 2019 is the my third year on this island, and I always love to go to new places and try something new out. I really liked their bumbleberry pie and Bee sting , but the rest dishes I tried almost all on their food menu is not very good, except they can bake this delicious wood Fried pizzas! When they first opened last summer I remembered, one day I was there ordering food and I stayed inside the restaurant, there were so many flies flying around my dish and I just found it really annoying! Which one am i going to eat ? The fly or the dish ? Sorry ! I just lost over 9000 photos and I have not been there since last summer , might post more photos in the future. I tried their cupcakes today , don’t really like it, the whipped cream was ok, but the egg white cake tasted like soap. not the kind of cupcakes I had in Abbotsford!

The best dish was the oven baked pizza! It's fresh and oozing with melted cheese. My Farmer's Benny tasted average and I think the buttercream frosting on my caramel banana cake was too exccesive. The rustic farm interior had a laid back vibe.

Terrible service and communication. Took my family of four for lunch. Ordered four sandwiches, one fries and veggies for the kids. After half an hour, was told they did not have the bread requested. Our lunch was put to the back of the queue. Waited another half hour for mediocre food that was overpriced. The bread was not the problem, waiting half an hour to be told our order wasn't started, and waiting another half an hour for simple food is just poor service and communication. I will not return, and will let everyone I know not to come either.

Standing Ovation Worthy!The peach rosé was everything! There’s such a good selection of soups and sandwiches, salads, baked goods, even take home shepherds pies and cookie dough! There are so many places to eat inside and outside, the patio is dog friendly and staff are also very friendly! There’s a lovely gift shop inside as well. 10/10
