I'm starting to feel like this is not the place for my jewelry I feel that I'm getting ignored or even mistreated kind of in a way. I don't know what it is but the vibe's not good after the last visit I think it's the last so sad

Many years ago I chose a nice watch and put a down payment. When I came back to pay the rest of the money, they presented another watch and told me that one of their employees sold mine to somebody else. I was very disappointed and so mad.The only mistake I made is paying for the watch that I didn't chose. I was going on vacationsand didn't have time to argue. They are not honest.

In 2014 I bought my wife’s wedding rings at Ben Moss and got the warranties for them. A year later they tell me the warranties are no longer valid because they are going out of business. Then it turns out they didn’t go out of business and said I’d have to buy the warranties back if I wanted them???? I’m still upset from that

Have nothing but the best regard for this store and for the two incredible ladies there that assisted me today.I wanted to get my husband’s previous band sized to my size (with his blessing of course). They sized the ring and buffered it so it looks brand new.Thank you, Ben Moss!

Staff told me necklace was easily resizable when they sold it to me, just bring it back and the receipt. When I brought it back to be resized, the story changed, I would need to buy a new chain and the old one would be refunded for a small fraction of the price. The net result? 63% more expensive than original purchase. See receipt images. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Lilibeth has the worst customer service I ever experienced. When she couldn't find my rings, she started being rude saying I am providing the wrong name or number or wrong order receipt But the rings literally sitting in their drawer!Then we need to make the size change on 3 orders and she is not helping and not giving the updated receipt.And literally let us waiting in the store for about an hour but doing nothing! Super awful!!!They are super unrespectful to us.
