We loved our time at Central Tower. Sarah Lootsma helped us find a perfect suite within our budget, and she looked after us if we ever had any issues. She really cared about building a community and ensuring everyone was safe during Covid. We were sad to move to a new city, and so was our dog, who made a ton of friends at Procura's dog park. This was the best rental experience my partner and I have had. I highly recommend living here, even if you work downtown, as the LRT station is close by and you have easy access to Gateway.

I've been a resident at Central Tower for nearly ten months now and I am very impressed with my unit, the building amenities, and the staff. I've been working from home since March due to Covid-19 and feel so fortunate to enjoy a beautiful view of downtown from my home office". The building managers and staff are very attentive

I lived here for a year and am not surprised by other negative reviews with 1 star ( I would give 0). This building looks nice but the management and maintenance staffs are just there to collect money. Unprofessional and rude. Yes, I hired a cleaning company for move out yet this company charged me hundreds of dollars for ridiculous minor reasons. Not only that, if there are minor holes, paint peels from normal wear and tear, they will charge each one of them. Their electricity bill system is not straightforward and expensive. The rent is incredible high for such small living space. Amenities are just ok, nothing special unlike the pics on their website. I requested for repairs of closet and lighting fixtures but noone followed up with me for weeks. I had to send multiple emails because I couldn't cook at night without any light in my kitchen. This useless property manager always said he forgot or didn't seem to know what he was supposed to do. I strongly agree with other negative reviewers that you should save your money and time and avoid this place.

Really nice building - the windows are huge. There is a dog park right there and they have a dog wash, so its super convenient! Highly recommend!

I stayed in this building for more than a year. It is one of the best place to live in Edmonton. My suit was in 15th floor, and I had endless view in three directions! Me and my family won’t forget the memories of that. It’s very well maintained and staffs are too cordial and supportive.I highly recommend to rent this facility if you are ready to spend bit more.

RENTERS BEWARE!I would stay away from renting here! This is the first place I’ve rented from that hires contractors to paint their walls and was given an invoice of $1700 for painting when we moved. Didn’t want to have to deal with the stress of taking it to a third party because in the lease it states you are responsible to pay for discharging any liabilities to third parties and all legal expenses for them. NOT WORTH IT.The management is not helpful at all and takes any opportunity and all opportunities to slap on extra charges when they can. They are so desperate to fill in their vacant suites that they will literally accept anyone. On New Years, one of the tenants popped what looked like a champagne bottle in the elevator. There have been MULTIPLE noise complaints and tenants smoking in the balconies, it almost felt like I was living in a fraternity. They’ve made multiple promises to upkeep the dog park and enforce a lock but locks would continuously be broken into. Not very safe for the residents, given the location is in a busy neighborhood close to the LRT where a lot of drunks and homeless individuals stay and multiple police encounters happen.Construction of the Louvre across the way also made the area less appealing since people would break into the premises and you could hear a loud speaker go off almost every night warning that the police were on the way and for the intruder to get off the premises.I said it once and I’ll say it again NOT WORTH IT!

These apartments have a fantastic location, the best interior finishes I have seen in this area, and the amenities are over the top. They are brand new apartments!

I recently stayed with my son in his apartment at Central Towers having travelled over from the UK. I have to say that I was not disappointed with it. Absolutely beautiful building with absolutely fantastic facilities and amenities, such as the gym, sports room, garden and the community room. My son's flat is fitted out superbly. The only real slight criticism I would have concerns the bath, there should be some form of handrail to be able to hold onto for getting in and out of it. Apart from that, everything about it is superb including the very short walking distance to the tram for getting in and out of the main town of Edmonton. I really enjoyed my stay.

No stars!! (I have to give one to post) Decided to rent my home and move into Central Tower. Nicely appointed units but renter beware. The leasing staff are friendly and knowledgeable however, my experience with some of the on site managing staff was completely unpleasant when moving out due to a work transfer. It’s best summed up as incompetence on the Central Tower building Manager! The unit was left cleaner than I moved in and there was hardly any wear and tear yet I was charged over $300 for various items including painting. It was a nickle and dime situation that felt very punitive because I had to go to head office to sort out the early termination issue. The unit was never painted before I moved in. As a landlord myself, and being familiar with the Alberta Residential Tenancy Act, I find it hard to understand why they would charge me for painting in a place I only lived in for less than a year, when it’s expected there would be some normal wear and tear. I have pictures before I left but I’m beyond taking the time to fight with them and now I’m in Southern Alberta. The individual that did the move out inspection commented on how clean and well kept the unit was. When I gave my early termination request, it was also a nightmare trying to explain to the building manager what I needed. She seemed not to understand her own lease agreement!!!! And she focused on a requirement that I find a new tenant!! to sublet, despite the very lease being very precise in what early termination is. It was extremely frustrating and required my calling head office in downtown Edmonton who understood what I wanted and needed, and their lease agreement. It was simple yet eluded the person managing the building, who later apologized. This place isn’t a place I’d ever consider renting again or recommending, due to the poor understanding of the on site staff of their own lease agreements and the underhanded tactics on moving out that end up costing the person money for items that should be considered normal wear and tear. Simply Awful on site management. Never again.

Avoid at all costs! I resided in Central Tower for two and a half years before finally moving out. Initially, my experience during the first year was fantastic. The management was excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed living there. However, things started to go downhill from my second year. Instead of the one-time pet fee of $300 when I signed my first lease, they changed it to a monthly charge of $25, payable every year. Additionally, they sneakily added common share" charges to my lease renewal contract without proper notification
