The customer service in the self check-out is degrading. No staff assists, just stands there and ignores you. I won't be back

This is my home store. We visit almost every other day. Always great prices and fairly clean for a No Frills.Produce is always great quality.

Nice store with lots of parking. Cashiers seem pretty friendly. Don't like the new member pricing now, and I wish the sale prices where die two items instead or 3-4...The self check out closes way to early. Most times I'd rather go through those than lineup for the cashiersAlso another - is they don't carry plastic bags anymore. Which I dont like, it's not hard to recycle and if you forget your reusable bag your kinda forced to purchase more reusable bags....Nice store with lots of parking. Cashiers seem pretty friendly. I'm not sure how long the public washroom's been out of service, but I'm not overly happy with the fact that I went in 2 days ago after taking my daughter swimming to stop to get groceries on the way home I had to pee sooooo bad and when I asked if I could use the stores bathroom while dancing n very uncomfortable I was told no . Not even I'm sorry miss ...just flat out no then I said well cld u ask the manager n again a solid No ..I left my cart n walked out ....I shop with u every week..I spend @140 a week at your location and recieved brutal customer service ...not happy with u at all

Always clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately, some items sell out the day they go on sale and aren't always replenished (no fault on the store's part).

I used to frequent this grocery almost weekly but in the past few years have found it has slipped in many areas - cleanliness, stock and (as everywhere) prices. I find Food Basics and FreshCo to be better overall.

I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years because it is convenient and affordable, however it is getting harder and harder to ignore the rotten fruits and vegetables, empty shelves on weekends and general disorganization! I know prices are cheaper because there are 'no frills ', but does that also mean having to accept substandard products and unpredicatble access to items advertised in the flyer, or even consistent access to regular products on a weekly basis? I'm ready to switch despite having to drive further afield. Management should be embarrassed!

Great sized, newer No-frills. Slightly off the center of things, so location isn't great. But it serves the people in the area well.They have a good selection, and are generally well-stocked. Staff are friendly and help you find what you need.It can be a busy store, especially after work and the weekends. You can expect a bit of a wait in peak times.

A terrific store with a great location. The staff are friendly and very professional. The store is clean and bright and well displayed with products. There is ample parking and wheelchair accessible. They do all the right things during the pandemic

Store seemed clean and well organized. Prices were not as cheap as I was hoping or expecting.
