We recently purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Pacific Mazda on Douglas Street. Our sales assistant, Frank Pecorelli, gives a good name to this often derided occupation. Frank is down-to-earth, friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us, and facilitate our purchase. We had no idea how difficult it is to buy a new vehicle nowadays, as in most cases people must wait months for a vehicle. While we were shopping around, we contacted the Toyota dealership and were appalled at their prices and waiting periods. Because our previous car was a 2008 Mazda CX-7, which we loved, and we were familiar with Mazda’s excellent warranty, purchasing another Mazda was the right decision. Most recently, we took our car for paint protection and were pleased with the service. We love our new car and highly recommend Pacific Mazda. In our opinion, they stand head and shoulders above most dealerships.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never be recommending this dealership. The salesman was unprofessional and they posted my car that I was considering trading in on an auction site without my consent after explicitly telling the salesman not to. I purchased a car from Harris Mazda instead and it was a much better experience.

Pacific Mazda continues to deliver amazing customer care! My tire pressure warning light came on while on the highway. The company that Mazda Roadside assistance hired was super helpful, testing my tire pressure, and saying they were fine, and recommended I check the sensor. When I called into P-M to inquire about availability to check the sensor, Bridgette gave tremendous customer care - so patient, empathetic, understanding, kind, and helpful. Jared at Servicing was incredibly helpful - he anticipated my needs without me knowing it, and welcomed me to come in so he could help me reset it, but also left clear instructions in his voice message that ended up solving my problem 100%. Their help solved the problem for me and gave me peace of mind that I could drive safely moving forward. Pacific Mazda has always provided wonderful customer care to me and make me feel really great at Mazda in general. Highly recommend Pacific Mazda!!! Thank you!!!

I just bought a brand new Mazda CX5 Kuro edition from Pacific Mazda. I traded in My Palisade with Mazda CX5, and I am impressed with the quiet cabin and the fuel efficiency. It is a great car, and I was so pleased with everything. My sales consultant, Frank Pecorelli and sales manager Matt Ross, were gracious. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Frank Pecorelli made it so much fun and smooth when shopping for a new vehicle, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He answered all of my questions with patience and expertise, which helped me make an informed decision about my purchase.The finance man, I forgot his name was also exceptional in assisting me with the financing process and worked hard to find the best payment options.The entire team at Pacific Mazda Victoria was extremely welcoming and professional, which made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.I highly recommend Pacific Mazda to anyone looking for superb sales and service excellence.Ghada M Victoria, BC.

Always excellent customer service, plus a cab chit to go shop while you wait for your car service to be done. Two things to note. Cab drivers are in short supply so you may end up waiting awhile and it seems that the car wash service is unavailable while the car washer is on lunch which seems to be when I’m about to pick up my car. I hope they hire two car washers.

Recommend avoiding this place at all costs — they are fraudsters and will overcharge/break your vehicle and charge you to fix it.Got the vehicle serviced there and when it came back, the wing mirror motor was no longer working properly. Not only did they refuse to take responsibility for it, they tried to charge us $300-500 to replace it. They blamed it on water damage" — but not from them washing the car because it was a “different types of water.” LMAO.After a quick discussion with a real mechanic

Amazing service from the minute I dropped it off to when I was leaving. Favourite part was the great communication over texts from Jared. Was nice to know where they are at with things and a cost breakdown of repairs. Typically I am afraid of going to dealerships service centres as they are known for high prices and pushing product, but this was NOT the case at all. They did an inspection of the vehicle for a fair price, repaired the vehicle at a fair labor price and overall the work they did was charged for a fair price. Highly recommend this service team to anyone as you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing service. My car was taken in by Laura on the counter. Absolutely amazing customer service my car fixed took a care of my battery problem very fast service. Very happy customer also let me know if there was going to be anything else I needed to be done. She was absolutely amazing and I recommend her to anyone and I will go back to Pacific Mazda for any time.

Somebody needs to tell them that this is a Mazda dealership, not a Maserati dealershipI have been a loyal customer of the Mazda dealership service in Victoria for the past 5 years, I even bought my car from there. but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. During my last visit just 5 months ago, I was assured that my car's battery was in great condition and my brakes had at least another two years of life left in them. However, just a few days ago, my battery died on me while I was on the highway and I had to call BCAA to replace it. To my surprise, BCAA installed a better battery for only $220, while Mazda had quoted me $520 for the same service.Additionally, I had booked their extra fancy brake cleaning package, but was shocked when I received a phone call saying that my brakes needed to be replaced immediately, with no prior warning. The cost for this unexpected service was an outrageous $500. It's disappointing that they couldn't give me a heads up during my last visit that my brakes were in need of replacement.To make matters worse, when I rushed to pick up my car at the end of the day, it hadn't even been cleaned despite spending over $1000. While I love Mazda and may consider purchasing another car from them in the future, I will definitely not be buying from this dealership again, and I won't be returning for service either.
