Dairy Queen (Treat)

Supposed to close at 7 pm but I’ve been here twice now every Friday at 6:30 pmwanting to order blizzards and both times I am told they only serve ice cream cones and sundaes. Ridiculous.

Really tasty ice-creams, their peanut butter mix mush is excellent!!

Ordered a medium red velvet cake blizzard. Got this, not even close to full, cake pieces were brownie, cream cheese was not in the blizzard at all, and it was not blended all the way through.

Ordered via SKIP the dishes for delivery. The treats were nicely packed, arrived as expected cold (surprisingly not too melted and still enjoyable) and tasted delicious. Had the new Oh Henry blizzard and the classic favourite strawberry cheesecake blizzard and both were enjoyed by my friend and I. Can’t go wrong in this heat wave with a tasty cool treat.

Hot dog was as good as I remembered it being years ago - orange Julius was good as well . Fast service - clean and the fellow who served here was friendly and quick - wore the proper coverings and very friendly . I especially liked how he observed who was there first as many customers weren’t in line & he respected fully acknowledged that fairly.

I ordered triple chocolate brownie but brownie was so hard and dry looks like days old. I reccomend to go somewhere else to get desserts because this dq have worst food quality. I'll never go agin there.

Friendly staff! Overworked, always busy but good treats and the bests place for a well priced freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and orange! I feel bad for the staff as every time I’m here is super busy, although they are efficient and work quickly.

What the hell is the point of having & selling your coupons in a coupon book if you're not accepting it? Is it a new marketing strategy they're trying out? Making customers visit a branch with a coupon and giving a warm welcome with No. You cannot." ? This branch tried saving a cup of free juice but lost a bunch of other foods we were gonna buy in the end. Seriously

I give them 5 stars for customer service, but 3 stars for the cake. I ordered an oreo blizzard ice cream cake for my son's birthday. They tried their best to make my design and even called the day before to clarify details to ensure that I'd be satisfied with the design. It was amazingly beautiful, even better than my expectations. However, when the cake was cut, it collapsed/ caved in because the centre was hollow. It became a mess since it was hard to keep each slice intact. I tried my best to scoop up and distribute the messy pieces into the plates. The crunchy cookie layer and caramel sauce in the middle wasn't fresh but too dry and hard. We were extremely disappointed with the cake and my son didn't even eat his birthday cake even though he loves DQ ice cream and chose this himself. Oreo blizzards and dipped cones are his favorites. After this experience, we will not order DQ ice cream cakes again.

update : i have sent the details as per mentioned in respondAsking for apple carrot and celery drink at 5:30 pm and they said it's not available. And not the mall closes at 7 pm. If I were to ask at 6:45 to 7 pm makes sense.I don't understand 5:30 pm already cleaning up or bother to set up ?
