Très mauvaise expérience, on appelle car on est intéressés par une voiture et on se fait traiter de voleur au bout de 2 minutes lorsqu'on demande si on pourra la faire inspecter par notre garagiste! Wow! C'est ce qu'on appelle avoir l'esprit commerçant... Tant pis j'irai ailleurs, contente de ne pas leur donner mon argent

J'ai échangé mon auto et celle que j'ai acheté le lendemain le starter fonctionne plus, je dois frapper dessus chaque fois pour partir mon char, on me dit qu'on va m'aider et après je n'ai plus de nouvelles. Je trouve ça dommage en plus j'ai parlé de ma situation et que j'ai besoin d'un char fiable et ça m'arrive même pas après 24h que j'ai l'auto en ma possession. Donc faites attention!

If you buy a car from here, it would be the worst mistake of your life. Do not trust any words that come out of their mouths. All they want your money. They’ll make any promise just to make a sale, then keep none. Watch out for Jeff and Benoit. They stop picking up your calls or communicating once the sale is made and there's a problem with car. Mechanics are a joke. Horrible place with horrible staff.In my case they cleared the error codes off the car I purchased. The very following morning after my purchase I get into the car and the check engine light pops on and has never left. Leakages in the coolant circuit which turned out to be from the heater core, therefore car starts overheating 2 days after purchase due to coolant fluid shortage and if you are not a vigilant driver, this is enough to destroy the car engine.If you cherish your peace of mind in this already stressful society we live in, avoid these conmen and this scrap yard they run. Cars with hidden faults. Run!!!!!!!!

Très bonne expérience avec Auto-Baine. L'accueil chaleureux et la convivialité avec le gérant nous ont marqué; ma femme et moi avons acheté une Rav4 LE 2019 a un prix relativement intéressant. le service a été professionnel et nous en sommes très satisfaits. I am from nb laws are diffrent for transfer and inspection... the staff her made sure the garage was up 2 date on how inspection should b done absolutly wonderfull ..highly recomend
