New Concept Walls & Ceilings Supply

So I built a new house and the Drywallers I hired used new concept to purchase and deliver they drywall. They brought it all into the house and severely damaged my brand new door. I contacted them and brought it to their attention and it was shrugged off. I told the Drywallers I wouldn’t pay until it was resolved so after a month new concept finally contacted me and said he would come look. He never did. He sent the yahoos that damaged my door to come and look. All they could say is we didn’t do that even through there was drywall still there from being beaten into my door. Finally he offers to paint my brand new powder coated door frame. I informed him that it’s powder coated and not painted. After that I was treated horribly. Told that it wasn’t their problem and it was my fault because I should not have installed a door before they came. Had them say horrible rude things about me to the people I hired to work at my property. I finally messaged them one last time asking for resolution and have been completely ignored. I would never use this company again.
