Delayed for 2 weeks for a small repair. Gives it to me like this and tells me it works..... The pin is much smaller than the belt hole. Impossibile to reach by phone.

Nice place with pleasant employees. They do a good job of fixing shoe/boots really quickly. Plus, I went there to buy work shoes (anti-slip) and not only are they practical, but they also look nice and are really comfortable.

Very helpful and informative. They are honest and professional. I had a very good service and their shoe selection is suitable for all needs. they even do on the spot modifications for those in need. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a good shoemaker. They go beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy. They do tend to get busy but it didn't bother me; their work was done well.

STAY AWAY...If i could give 0 stars i would...Did not even have it ready on the day that we were scheduled to pick it up. Waited 10 mins so they can do it on the spot and they hack jobbed it.Ruined the part that Dolce Gabbana sent us that i now have to re order.. If you have higher end items, stay away..Then they tried to charge us for the labour even though they ruined the part that was given to us. We refused, and they replied with -You pay over 1000$ for a purse you can't pay 25$- Just stay away if you want your valuables to stay in good form.

I had old water stains on my YSL purse and brought it in to see if it could be cleaned/fixed. They couldn’t guarantee me anything and explained in details what can be done and what risks it entails. I agreed to it knowing the risk and would be happy even if the water marks would be lighten a bit. To my surprise, when I went in to get my bag, the water marks were no longer visible! They did an excellent job on the delicate leather.

So amazed by their service every time. I've been going there for countless years every time I need anything repaired. I can't count the number of my favorite shoes they've saved and made like new again.I also bought shoes there for the first time last summer, my Birkenstock sandals and I was told to bring them back for a free scellant before storing them for winter. I picked them up yesterday and not only did they do a free scellant but even cleaned and shine them all for free. Top service and top quality.
