Overall. It's Wendy's. There pretty outrageous by not letting people change out spicy chicken for a regular chicken burger on there coupons.

Not going to eat here ever again.This place is no good. Go in with a coupon ask for the upsize which reads it's supposed to be $1.30 on the menu. The fricken lady tabs it in seperate each item just skyrocketing my total. Pure BS man.

If you go through the drive through make sure you DOUBLE DOUBLE check the screen. Re-training or just a general re-hiring of management and staff seems to be needed. Asked them to fix the drinks at the window as I was charged for 2 smalls and I needed a large and a medium. They brought the manager to take my card and charged me full price for a large and gave me a large and 1 small drink. So I paid for 3 drinks, received 2, at that point I didn't want to correct it again as they seemed annoyed with me for asking them to fix it. When I got home to eat my food the fries are dried out and old, the beef and bacon were overcooked and dry. My little brothers poutine was just warm, we ended up not eating most of our food and just throwing it away.

The manager is always so rude to customers, he’s even more disrespectful when a homeless person trying to buy* something, we don’t come here because of the manager alone, feel bad for the workers who are stuck dealing with him.

Seriously need to rethink there “policy” of giving people wrong orders, grabbed my food drove 25 min home past the airport for it to be ALL MADE WRONG to get told they don’t have to correct this issue and he will send me a couponPurposely not giving receipts to avoid complaints being filled with corporateWHAT A JOKE

Nearly every time I order from this specific Wendy’s they either forget something, give me someone else’s food, or just have it plain wrong. Seems like more bad experiences than good.

Really gotta do something about your coffee. I’ve had it 3 times, I understand it’s free this month, but I purchase other stuff also, the coffee every single time is hardly even warm. It’s not even somewhat close to being hot. Coffee is supposed to be served hot, slightly warmer coffee is gross! And it’s all 3 times I’ve had it. Can’t expect people to come back and purchase this, or come for breakfast
