Had a windshield cut for side-by-side. I left the frame wirt them for a template but asked them not to install the glass because the frame needed paint. I was told two days for completion, I called after three days and they said another two days. I called again on that day and I was told I didn't need to keep calling and they would call me. I said I needed it for a trip north and it had to be done by Friday at the latest. Finally, after not hearing from them for a few more days, I spoke to clearview glass and they said they could do it that day for me so I went to pick up my frame. The guys brings it out, windshield installed, and says it's been done for a couple days. Not only did they install it against my direction, the glass was cracked, there are large gaps they just filled with glue. Terrible job and service. Complaint went unanswered to the company.

I’ve been using these guys as my auto glass business for years, but they really impressed me today. In the past 6 months, I’ve had the rear, and front windows done in my pickup truck, and within the past month, a windshield in my car to meet the criteria for a young driver to do their “N” test. That was a month ago, and last Friday I noticed a large crack very low on the windshield, beneath the windshield wiper. I took it in Friday afternoon, they looked and determined there was no damage, and now it’s Monday, I have a clean and detailed car, with a new windshield, this is what I call exemplary service, cannot recommend these guys enough. Friendly and fantastic service! We needed a quick fix as the rubber seal on our windshield had come loose on our way through town and they were able to fit us in and get us back on the road in under 30 minutes. So grateful for your help!

I needed a glass table top made for our dining room table. Aall glass had done one for me before. I am so glad that I returned to them again. Due to the shape of the table, I did a template with brown paper. The staff at Aall glass did a perfect job! The price was reasonable, the time required was great, less than a week and workmanship was second to none. Thank you to everyone at Aall Glass.

One of our truck windows completely broke driving over the Coquihalla while heading to Sun Peaks. They did a fantastic job covering that window with plastic, better than we could have done on our own. So we were still able to enjoy the rest of our holiday. (And they did it for free too!)And they were also able to fix the window for us a few days later. They gave us a car so we could go get some breakfast while it was being fixed.

Starting off: the reason I'm not giving a one star is because the installed window did look great. The reason they lost all the stars was the fact they did a HORRID job on dust containment. My entire home was covered in fine dust from the stucco on the outside. They used power tools to remove excess stucco creating huge clouds of dust inside my home. I was told I might want a dust cover for my electronics. I would have needed to dust cover and seal EVERYTHING in my house to not have an issue from this. There was ZERO dust management done by the crew. I was on-site for part of the install and I have camera footage of them cutting without full PPE (some of them had no PPE) and without any attempt to minimize the amount of dust covering every single item in my home. My bed looks like it has glitter on it. This stuff is absolutely HORRIBLE for your lungs and I am an extreme asthmatic. I was left all of the dust to clean up and once their crew was done and left I was on my oxygen tank and debating about going to the emergency room because of the dust left in my home. I've ask a couple tradesmen I know that have done this exact kind of work. Do you want to know what their first question was? Why wasn't the work area polyed and taped off?" I've removed concrete inside of people's homes before. None of the crews I've worked with nor my own personal quality level would EVER cover a customer's home in dust due to NO DUST CONTROL.Oh and did I mention the stucco was tested positive for asbestos and now it covers everything from my bed to my clothing to my toothbrush to my kitchen.I had to leave my home because it is now uninhabitable due to AALL Glass's quality of work. I am on oxygen just to be able to partly breath normally at this time and for atleast another 48 hours.Thank you AALL Glass for doing a horrible job while having a clean finished product. Thank you AALL Glass for forcing me out of my own home. And thank you AALL Glass for covering every single thing I own in stucco dust."
